Property Ratings at Cottonwood Ranch
Don't waste you time!!!!!. I called just now to get information and a woman answered the phone. I asked a question about there apartments. Then the woman hung up in my face. I called back and it went to voicemail. Super rude and mean. They don't care about clients who inquire about there apartments.
Constant loud cars racing by along with loud neighbors. Says no dogs allowed yet someone has 3 large dogs that bark all night long. Have lived here for awhile but now looking for somewhere else to live. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything going on between walls. Not safe at night- skunks, coyotes, and homes less everywhere. Cars being broken into.. bugs. This place was built on an anthill. Don’t move here, please. Management seems nice and everything but the apartments need to be updated!
Me and my fiancé applied for 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms back in February 2021 and since that day, I’ve been calling every 2 weeks, turn into month to month and never heard anything back. “We will contact you when we get your applications” bologna!! We found other apartment and got approved less than 1 hour within application sent in. This place is waste of time. Just don’t blow your time, your money at this apartment they’ll make you sit and wait for other serval months.
CottonWood Took 3 weeks with our application to say they couldn’t work with us. Most of the verification of our application was done by my wife and I. Their fax and email wasn’t working because pass apartments would try to email and fax them back stuff and got no answer. Sue and Ron were very rude we would call and ask for an update and they basically said we’ll call you when we have one, which turned out to be never. Amazingly we went and applied for another apartment (10x nicer) and we were approved in 10 minutes! It didn’t take 3 weeks and I didn’t have to do any of the work! I would never rent there and the office staff is rude and shady. They tried to get 3x the deposit because our credit was bad but had no other issues any where else. Stay away from this shady place.
We lived there for 4 years. Great place. Excellent management team. Gated parking, with security around at night. I feel very safe there walking around with my kids.
I’ve been living here for about 8 years and my carpet is already worn out. Have begged them to change it for he past year, and haven’t gotten any kind of resolution.
I lived at Cottonwood Ranch for two years. The management is very nice and attentive. The neighbors are all really friendly and the property is beautiful. The apartment itself had a low build quality, but not worse than I expect from a rental. There are some stray cats that live on the property but the neighbors and management do a great job getting them fixed and they are all taken care of. Overall, it was the best rental experience that I have had and I would rent again without a thought.
I like my apartment. I have a 2nd floor so I have high ceilings making the apartment look bigger and with more light. The cons are you have to go thru the bedroom to get to the bathroom and the kitchen is pretty tiny. It works well though for a single person. It is rather secluded away from the busy commercial district down the street but still not in the best neighborhood. I personally have never had any security issues and I have lived here for almost 2 years. The rent is very reasonable for a 1 bedroom apt these days. Any maintenance issues I have had have been handled in a timely manor and the staff is very pleasant.
Been living here for a 3 year.Its quiet , lots of stores and restaurants around ,and a nice place to live
I moved into this complex at 18 with two other roommates here and as three young girls we felt very safe and we loved it here! After that I moved into a different apartment in the same complex with my sister and we have been here for almost three years. We feel safe, it's clean and very well maintained, the staff is great and if I ever plan on moving it will be hard to find something nicer than this place!
Currently, where we are living provides reasonable pricing. They were the on the cheaper side when it came to surrounding apartments.
The staff is always so nice and helpful! The gardeners are here all the time, keeping the complex clean. Gated community with remote. Spacious rooms at a pretty good price. I've been here for 3 years and I love it!
