Beautiful apartment complex & staff went above and beyond

My move-in experience was seamless. The staff was very communicative so I wouldn’t miss anything for my move-in day, and they walked me through the whole process thoroughly. I must have interacted with five members of the team to get me and my family situated. Charles and Larissa were especially helpful in welcoming us. The complex is very attractive with many amenities: gym, pool, scenic walkways. Plus, fountains, convenient parking, well-manicured grounds, natural wildlife. Would recommend to friends.

Mixed experience in a convenient location

I appreciate the proximity of this location to Dublin Boulevard, providing easy access to a variety of shops. The parking situation includes one reserved covered port with the apartment and unlimited first-come, first-served uncovered spots. At the time of this review there were no electric charging stations. However, I must caution future residents about apartments facing the giant trees. My ground-floor apartment, in particular, faces this issue, accumulating debris daily, making it challenging to keep clean. This becomes more problematic if upstairs neighbors aren't diligent about cleanliness, leading to a continuous need for cleaning. On a positive note, the gym is readily available and convenient for workouts, as is the pool, although it tends to get crowded on weekends. The maintenance staff deserves commendation for their prompt response to issues. While the location and amenities have their merits, the ongoing cleaning challenges are a notable drawback for me.

love the management and how amazing this complex is.

I’ve been living here since November and ever since i stepped foot in the office, the management has been super helpful and caring. The apartment ls are super quiet and everyone sticks to themselves. The maintenance guys are all so sweet and fun to talk to. Definitely would recommend for anyone to live here! Such a great community.
