Property Ratings at Cottages at Woodmen Heights
Over 50 years old couple have been here for almost 4 months. Our apartment is close to the office, mailboxes and pool. It's a 2 bedroom and we share a wall with another unit. We are lucky because she's extremely quiet. Everthing is beautiful and works for our needs. I love having a washer/dryer in the apartment. The utilities aren't bad and we run the A/C at 68°constantly. The office staff has been wonderful and seem to resolve the issues pretty quickly. The Maintenance guys are exceptional and very sweet! The amenities that I use is the gym, heated pool and hot tub. They have always been clean and well maintained. There is plenty of parking infront of our place. Every time I pull up I love seeing the landscaping. Are there issue? Any shared living space is going to have issues because some people are just knuckleheads and dont READ the lease or follow the rules. Luckily the office staff have faced those issues head on to create a beautiful community!

Absolutely love the management, everything from the tour to on move in day was professional, honest, and very easy going. I feel like they made the process easier for me, especially in my decision making. The community itself is beautiful, woth tons of amenities and great neighbors.

Fairly quiet and every issue I had was dealt with quickly. The easy access to woodmen and tutt is a huge bonus for me, making it fairly simple to go to work or run errands.

Love living here! It’s quiet and a beautiful community! Love my unit and the view I have from my place! The dog park is great! Only one thing: is people need to seriously pick up for their dogs but overall it’s a good community! With great amenities and maintenance is great they’re quick at responding to anything you need fixed or repaired!

Love it here. All my neighbors are chill. Its a quiet safe neighborhood. Pool, spa, gym. Its a great place to live. There is a king soopers near by as well as a Walmart. Plenty of restaurants. If you want a safe neighborhood thst is stress free, this is the place.

It’s been a real positive experience living hear. I haven’t had any real issues and if any issues do arise they’re minor and are solved in a timely manner.it makes it easy coming home with all the other stuff I deal with on a daily basis.

I've lived here for a few months and can say this is one of the best properties that I have lived on. The staff is really helpful and kind and the property is always well kept. There are some issues with people not picking up dog poop in the park but others will go behind and clean the dog park for everyone's use. I live on a top unit and can say I seldom here my neighbor's blasting music or any other loud noises. The same goes for my neighbors with the noise that I create. With every new build there are some issues with getting packages delivered to the correct address but hopefully over time that will improve. Overall I highly recommend this property.

The approval process was a easy and quick. Jeffrey and Rhylie answered all of our questions and were very quick to respond. We moved in a few days ago to the 2 bedroom smaller living room, so far we love it. It's been very quiet. Plenty of parking spaces. Mailboxes, weightroom and pool are a short walking distance away. The property is new so grounds are maintained.

Since day 1 in the leasing office with Rhylie, I knew that I would love it here. The community is clean and everyone is friendly. Jeffrey (the community manager) takes pride in ensuring the community is up to the highest standards. Deacon and DJ (maintenance crew) are absolutely wonderful. They've promptly resolved any issues I've had with the new build. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean and quiet community.

I recently moved into this place a few days ago and so far, the experience has been positive. The location/neighborhood is quiet, lively, and convenient, with nearby amenities like grocery stores, parks, coffee shops for the coffee lovers as well as trails with beautiful scenic views. The unit itself is modern/spacious/cozy, and I was especially impressed by the natural lighting, appliances, layout, and how easy it is to access everything. The move-in process was smooth, and management has been very responsive and helpful whenever I've needed assistance. Overall, I'm very satisfied and still adjusting with the move and looking forward to settling in as well as exploring the area, making it feel like home

Very quiet place. You don’t hear Woodmen and it’s far enough from the chaos that is Colorado Springs. The team here are amazing! Jeffery helped us amazingly during our application process and continues to help after we moved in. The Maintenance team here are the best. They always get the work orders done same day and always answers our questions about our unit. Very professional and extremely nice!

The staff has been very professional, and I like that they live on-site. It's a cute community, and I love that everything is new! I'm looking forward to using the common amenities.

Can't say enough good things about the Cottages, me and my wife are new to Colorado and we were coming into this state and community unsure of how it where we would even begin, and I feel we chose the best new home to live in, great view of the mountains and an amazing office staff, this is hands down the best place to live

Second day staying here, but I am loving the place. The move in was simple and the staff were friendly and welcoming! Everything is new and looks fresh and clean. So far everything is working as it should, and feels so spacey and neat. We even got to meet our upstairs neighbor, who is very friendly and considerate. All in all, I am pleasantly surprised and enjoying my stay here!

the process was easy considering we came from florida to colorado and so far, almost a month into our stay here everything has been beautiful and everyone has been so friendly

Beautiful units, cottage concept is a wonderful option to traditional apartments. A well planned out and inviting community with nicely laid out sidewalks and streets. Management is very responsive as are the maintenance staff.
