A nice clean and quiet place to live. The office staff has been great to work with.
Love the area, private but close to shopping, medical facilities and restaurants.
The Cottages at Ridge Pointe are a great place to live! Even though you have neighbors, you dont hear them, it is quiet and very clean, a pleasure to live here.
The Cottages at Ridge Point is such a great little community. I haven't come into contact with a single person that didn't say hello. The amenities are outstanding and the staff are wonderful.
So far we have loved the experience of living in the Cottages at Ridge Point! The units are in excellent condition, the distribution of the areas is great and the common areas are very well maintained. We are very happy with out decision to move here and would definitely recommend the place!
The Cottages are a nice place to live - they are new, clean, appliances are provided, and they are easy to keep. Having a garage is really nice. Compared with other places we have rented, the Cottages are a good bargain for what is provided.
We are extremely pleased with the place and the services offered by The Cottages. Continuous clean surroundings and quick response to service requests are a plus and we will highly recommend The Cottages to our families and friends .
Great community, awesome staff, very quiet, and I love the location for me and my family. Plus I love the fact the everything is new and you have the firewall so that you dont have to hear your neighbors, very peaceful!

Upon entering the property the Leasing staff gave me a warm, pleasant and delightful welcome which automatically exceeded my expectations. The tour was absolutely stunning and the property honestly spoke for itself. If I could give it a ten all across the board then I would. Absolutely amazing!!
This place is not like normal apartment living. Everything is updated and new. You do not hear your neighbors at all. Office staff is friendly and very responsive.
The office staff is very nice and welcoming. The location on the west-side of Athens near 316 is what attracted me making it easy for me to commute to work.
