So far so good, the heavy rain caused my roof to leak when I talked to on call maintenance guy he said they would call to schedule repair on Monday its been two and a half weeks and I haven't heard from anyone, other than that its been good so far.

it’s alright. The dog poop never gets picked up which is very annoying and makes the community smell. Maintenance is cool, if I need something fixed they get to it pretty quick within a day or two.

The employees are great and very responsive!, but I very much dislike the new portal to pay rent which costs each resident $1.95 monthly when it was free before and I feel the rent is pretty high compared to similar apartments.

It’s pretty quiet which is good. I wish there was assigned parking. Other than that it’s a perfect cottage. Maintenance is very helpful and takes care of things really quickly.

I tend to.keep to myself, so I like the quiet. Also, I like how fast maintenance responds. I do wish we had car ports that protects us from hail damage.

The cottages are nice, has a small efficient gym, new homes with new appliances. Tucked away with a close view of the mountains. The parking is ample, no assigned spots but never have difficulty parking where I need to.

I love my neighbors and my cottage. It's a really nice home for fairly cheap (especially in Colorado). The view of the mountains and the trails near my home are enjoyable as well. The homeless population is a serious issue around here. There is A LOT of crime here. My neighbors cars have gotten stolen and broken into. My porch packages have been stolen within an hour of receiving the delivery. I think the complex needs to put a gate around the neighborhood (not a small fence as they've done). It would be nice to feel safe in my own neighborhood.
