Operated by Maximum Accessible Housing of Ohio (MAHO), Cotman Vistas is a four-story building with 36 units, 14 of which are two-bedrooms. The first floor features a large lobby, community room, and the MAHO office. There is also a laundry room and trash room on each floor. This community is designed for independent living; MAHO does not provide meals, transportation, personal care services, emergency response services, shopping, housekeeping, furnishings, etc. The tenant, either alone or with assistance, is responsible for obtaining these and any other needed services. There is a verification of physical mobility disability through our application process. Rent is subsidized through HUD and income limits apply. Call for more information.
