Adjacent to downtown Seminole, Seminole Grove Estates has a central location with quick access to the rest of the city. The neighborhood is about a block southwest of St. Petersburg College-Seminole Campus and roughly eight miles south of Clearwater. West Coast beaches are easily accessible for swimming, boating, fishing, and beachcombing. Gulf Boulevard, a beachfront roadway with several beach access locations, is about three miles from Seminole Grove Estates. Locals do their shopping and hang out at the Seminole City Center, a shopping center with different sections for retail and entertainment.
Seminole Grove Estates has several side streets with single-story houses and apartments surrounded by trees and other greenery so you can find a peaceful, quiet place to call home. Seminole Boulevard, to the east of the neighborhood, features a variety of restaurants, including Two Cousins Pizzeria, where you can grab a New York-style pizza pie.

Called to inquire about availability and was hung up on before I could even ask about a waiting list. Attempted to call back and my calls are now being ignored. I imagine they act the same way when requesting urgent repairs or maintenance.
