Human agents were great, AI agents weren’t helpful The human I met to tour the faculty was wonderful and informative. But, seems the whole communication platform I set up with AI, so I have no way to contact the said human. I responded to an email that I thought was a real person and…..crickets. Tried to call and the bot didn’t recognize my question, so it just ignored me and hung up. I guess they’re trying to appear super modern, but it’s really just laughable.

Louis is amazing We had an emergency flooding in the apartment on a Sunday, Louis was very helpful, fast to respond and fixed the apartment issues with grace.

I’m so pleased to be part of this community everyone so warm and caring from the staff to all the occupants in the building that I have met this far against a five star if I could, I will give it ten..

The building and garage are very safe and secure AND clean. Our apartment was spotless upon move-in. The pool area, gym, recreation/lobby area for residents - AMAZING. We are so happy to be here. amazing! Amazing maintenance! I submitted the request at night and the next day when I got home form work at 4 PM, it had already been taken care of! We had issues with out shower head and maintenance replaced it for us, which was so appreciated. We've loved every part of living at the Cosmopolitan so far :) Thank you!

Great place! I had a wonderful time visiting today. The apartment was very well maintained, the view was amazing, and the amenities were of great quality. I would love to be a resident here in the future.

the BEST! we have had such a good experience so far at the cosmopolitan. we had to move on a dime and no part of it was easy, but bayyinnah has made our entire experience so easy and so pleasant!!!!! she is so kind and helpful and really helped make the stress of moving into no big deal. she saw us struggling and offered us a dolley to move things, which i’ve never been offered at any other complex, and we got it done so quick! thank you bayyinnah for truly caring about your residents and working so hard to help everyone! we’re so excited to be your residents now! :)

Service with a smile This is the third occasion that I have requested a simple fix at my new apartment, and one was an after hours issue. Each time Louis was extremely helpful, kind, understanding and got the task done quickly. I appreciate the high level of service at this living community complex.

above and beyond; any question/need I have is quickly and thoroughly addressed and I've never felt unheard. My apartment is both unique and sun-filled, having more windows than most options I've seen in other luxury places downtown. And the pool has a great young-professional summer vibe—I've been so lucky to meet now great friends while at the pool or grilling. All of this on the canal, across the street from a grocery and within walking distance to Mass Ave. If you're looking for downtown living that's luxury but won't break the bank, that's near nightlife AND near nature, I highly recommend the Cosmo.

I lived here briefly. Within a month the garage that is “gated” was broken into. When I asked the office they said that no one had broken into the garage. When I asked why there was broken glass on the second floor of the garage they said “well of course they broke into cars and got into the garage once they had a pass from the cars they broke into on the first level”. They purposefully misled me and played down the crime. They then left the “broken” gate unfixed for months, with a car that sat at the entrance. When I asked the person sitting in the car at the entrance what was going on he showed me a gun he had and said they were trying to catch the thieves who had been there (he literally showed me a gun). I felt less safe than before, they had some vigilante with a gun sitting in the garage trying to catch the thieves. I paid rent every month on time, when I moved out they charged me for damage “from an open window” . I had never opened a window. They not only claimed it was open, but magically had me admitting I had left it open and admitting the open window had caused the damage. I am not a liar. I accepted the damage just so I can get away from these conniving renters. I am a resident at a local hospital and will encourage any incoming resident moving to Indianapolis to not move in to this apartment. A lot of people post bad reviews simply because they are mad, but please do not live here or let your kids live somewhere that is unsafe.

Great pool area over looking the canal. Nice courtyard area on the third floor of the building with a fire pit to sit around and have a few by. Marsh across the street for a quick lunch. Within walking distance to campus...even the far end.

I've been a residence of the Cosmopolitan apartment complex in downtown Indianapolis for the last 3 years. The close proximity to my office downtown, covered parking and a brand new grocery store across the street has made this an ideal spot for a young professional who wants to be in the heart of Indianapolis. The only downside are the steep price which is what ultimately forced me to move.
