'-Maybe they should do the assigned spots for parking because it’s getting almost impossible to get a spot. -Make a separate parking for bikes!! -Would be nice to have the office open 5-6 days a week -More events

Cortland World Gateway is the perfect apartment community! The staff (especially Stephanie) is truly wonderful and so responsive to questions and concerns. I love the apartment complex, but if you have residents living above you, you will hear EVERYTHING at all hours of the day. The property could use some upkeep and attention. Overall it’s a wonderful place, but there are things that can be improved upon.
Our experience with Cortland World Gateway has been top notch. Clean, modern amenities, safe and secure facilities and great staff for a reasonable price. Cortland will be our first choice if the need arises again.

Cortland Gateway is a beautiful, wooded complex with an A- plus pool area, gym and movie theatre. The area is very safe.
You can't beat the location to the Wonderful World of Disney and Disney Springs while also being tucked away in a quiet area.

We relocated from across the country with 4 weeks notice and Stephanie and the team were amazing! She made sure that our application was processed, and that we were clear on what to expect as we coordinated our move. It's been a great few months since we've been here and I'd recommend this apartment complex to anyone that needs to be in this area.
Cortland World Gateway is safe and peaceful community. The beautiful property amenities and spacious apartment homes are just the cherry on top of what management has done to create and splendid community and living experience for residents.
Community and amenities are amazing, definitely worth it. And the team does a great job trying to get everyone involved and feeling included with events hosted every once in a while.

Very friendly and educated staff. Ive lived here for a few months now and I must say in comparison to other communities in the area the office and maintenance team is really involved with making sure all concerns are addressed. If staying at building one, be prepared to hear false alarms. The staying experience is getting worse each time the alarm goes off randomly each month. Making the staying experience stressful for someone with anxiety and high pressure. Not looking forward to renew again here.

I have been very pleased that I chose Cortland World gateway as my temporary home when I moved to FL. I have been impressed by the maintenance and management of it inside and out. It is so beautiful here. I go to a lot of condos and apartments in my work and I have yet to find another that I liked as well based on location, grounds and layout. Enjoy the view of the big pond so much.. it has been a peaceful place to call home. Oh and LOVE the new building colors! I am a realtor and if every have someone looking to rent for a while in this area I always highly suggest CWG.

This complex used to be amazing. I was one of the first residents in Building 5. Since then, management has constantly rotated hands, the luxury has all but faded, and the residents are no longer appreciated or trusted with their own amenities. The office line doesn't connect to a human being half of the time, and the property has lost its beauty with exposed hoses for irrigation, no care for the horticulture, fire ants everywhere, even in the parking lots, etc.

I’ve only been here for about 3 months now and this has truly been the best living experience I’ve had. Since moving in everyone that I have met or talked to, community team or another community member has been nothing but friendly. Overall so far has just been a great living experience.

Our apartment is spacious and well designed. The location is excellent for the Disney and Universal parks and beach. The amenities at Cortland our excellent and the view from our balcony over the lake is very nice. Overall the complex is very nice, well maintained and safe.

This is a great apartment complex. The location is incredibly convenient for getting to Disney World, International Drive, the I-4 Corridor, or 417 to get to the airport or Lake Nona. The staff does an excellent job providing resident services and taking care of the property.

Great location. Staff has high turnover but is generally nice despite usually being understaffed. Poor communication (likely attributed to the high turnover). Corporate/ownership is likely the big problem here. They clearly don’t want to invest when big things break (grills, elevators, pond fountains, etc.)

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate such informative feedback. At this time all elevators are up and running conditions and all grills are in working order. Pond fountains have to be turned off sometimes due to water levels and algae conditions as it can cause pond fountains to burn out in these conditions. We do our best to communicate effectively any time amenities do go down and when they are restored. Perfect location by Disney, family oriented,very safe community. Gym is very well equipped, pool is perfect size, kids can play in a very beautiful area. Staff very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend.
