I don’t recommend people to live here with the current management. Problems are ignored and they have been rude or ignored questions and issues. Non residents use the facilities when they are not supposed to and people dump garbage here like it’s a dump and staff won’t fix the issues.

I was driving by and found this place next to BJs. The pool area feels like a resort and nice gym. June toured us and answered all our questions. She was really helpful! So far #1 pick on the list. Close to i95 also.

Cortland is a great community to live in all around. The amount of amenities they offer make it that much more worthwhile. The management team is also exceptional, they always make you feel welcomed and are eager to help however they can. Glad to call Cortland home.
Cortland West Palm is exactly what I was looking for! It’s quiet, very relaxing and clean, and feels like you’re living in a resort when you’re at the pool. Not to mention you’re 6 minutes from the airport and right across the street from a huge tanger outlet shopping center.
I have lived at Cortland West Palm for the past 3 years. They have update the apartments and kept up with the amenities over the last few years. They are quick to respond to service requests. They get the landscaping done weekly. They have a very well lit parking lot and stairwells as well as a gated community that has always made me feel safe.
Loving the apartment and the staff has been very accommodating! The grounds are beautiful and the area is great, so close to everything.

My roommates cars been broken into 3 times and my neighbors car was actually stolen first week we were here. You’ll be charged $200 for common space charges every month and not a dollar of it will go to getting security cameras or gates. Literally anybody can walk through the gates straight up to your apartments door or car.

Things have gone downhill significantly since our initial move-in. There have been lots of issues, including garbage everywhere (no surprise that roaches have been a complaint in other reviews), dog poop, broken or stuck gates, and neighbor/dog noise. And it floods really badly during the summer, every time it storms. The last time it flooded, our car was trapped in the parking lot for a week. As a warning, management will swear to you that it handles these issues but I invite you to trust your own eyes and ears.

Rent is high and there are a lot of fees on top of your base rent, but the unit and facilities are nice.

I have been living at Cortland Palm Beach for over 3 years. I have not resided in an apartment for MANY (double digit) years and I was nervous. I would like to thank and acknowledge the office staff and maintenance staff! Any issue, large or small, has been addressed immediately and resolved in the same manner. They communicated with me on appointments for someone to come to my home, follow up during and after, as well as send constant communication regarding anything happening in our “community”. The genuineness from everyone is seen, appreciated, and felt. I have a PSA (service dog) due to anxiety. They put a dog park in the community and it’s been an absolute blessing. The gym is fantastic and the pool area makes you feel like you are on a vacation. The cabanas, pool, waterfalls, and Royal Palm trees remind me of a secluded hotel on an island! If you have not toured our community and are thinking of it DO IT. The updated apartments are stunning. I’m still in an original and it’s perfect. I happen to love my location. Thank you to the entire Cortland family for your attentiveness and patience! I’m grateful for you all and happy to call this home! ??

Great staff! Great location! I’ve been here for about six months and I love it! The grounds are kept up, maintenance issues are completed in a timely manner, and they have great amenities and community events. And let’s not forget the location…close to outlet mall, highway, and not far from beach!

Newly renovated & always clean leasing office. Leasing staff is always very helpful. Maintenance technician quick & courteous with their orders. Conveniently located by the highway, Palm Beach airport, the Palm Beach Outlets & Downtown West Palm. Also, very fairly priced compared to surrounding properties.

Every time I call or visit the front office everyone is always so nice and welcoming. They bring the community together with events. They always helps when I have any questions or concerns. Property is currently renovating can’t wait for all the newly remodeled amenities! Cortland west palm beach is the place to live especially when everything is so walking distance.

Cortland is a very fun apartment complex. The pool is beautiful and it’s a very clean, gated area.

I lived here in a 2 bed 2 bath on the 3rd floor with a roommate for 3 years and we had no real issues. Maintenance requests were acted on timely. Since I was on the 3rd floor there were no noise issues. The front gate was broken more time than it worked during my 3 years here. Pretty normal apartment complex with a mix of mostly young adults and families.
Nice spacious updated apartments with large closets. Good location close to 95, the outlet mall, City Place, downtown, & the airport. However, they will try to nickel and dime you. They will try to charge you for every little thing, including basic maintenance costs. Do not recommend.

Looks nice until you live there. Cheap materials. Wood 'look' floors are vinyl on concrete slabs, no insulation, noise transfers through floors (or your ceiling). Most apartments located either directly adjacent to Congress or the I-95, constant noise and dust from traffic. Grill hadn't worked in over 2 years and they keep telling you the parts are ordered. Security gate is a joke, anyone can follow you through gate. Garbage piles up by the dumpster on a regular basis. There is a mandatory charge for valet trash pickup, yet it isn't listed in the advertised rent. Staff is friendly until you sign that lease. You will get charged for everything and anything when you decide to terminate your lease. The place could have been a lot more pleasant to reside, but poor management and car dealership tactics will leave a bad taste in your mouth.
I've lived in several manged-on-site apartment complexes like this. This one is the absolute worst. The grounds are well maintained, and all top of the line, but the staff is terrible. I lived here for two years, with numerous plumbing and pest control issues. Along with this the management is constantly reassessing and charging additional "fees" and making new asinine rules like requiring parking decals and parking for parking places. It is a horribly run property. Don't risk living here.
Lived there for a year. Management treats you like they could care less about your questions or concerns once they got your money. Rules are not enforced at all so that means parties at the pool until 2am on week nights, cars broken into, grills broken more than not, pigeons nesting and pooping everywhere. On top of all that the places are built with cheap materials and they don't attempt to fix anything with any urgency. A/c broke once and they said it wasn't an emergency because it was only 84 degrees outside. Took them 4 days to fix. If one tire is over the lines of the tiny parking spots you'll get a violation sticker that takes an hour to scrub off. I could go on and on. Stay away.
I would not recommend living here at all!! First of all, my car was stolen from here, yes right outside my window! Gated community, which does nothing to protect us at all! Also, other cars being broken into. We get a letter Crime Issue, please lock car doors etc. really? That's it? No security? They have an off duty police officer..? Where? The management team here could care less.. They never followed up with me after the incident of my car stolen.. No sorry that happened etc. Outside my apartment there is old dilapidated cars and motorcycle been there for months! The building I live in, it's in the back, guess they don't care about it, landscaping disheveled, hallways need to be pressure cleaned. And we pay a lot of money to live here! I want out now!
its beautiful scenery and apartment is nice,but for the price it is too small and the ventilation is poor. I can hear doors slamming all the time people ,talking down stairs.

Your neighbors wave, and offer a friendly smile welcoming you home. Once you enter your home it is contemporary comfort at its best. Offering open floors plans that are a beautiful canvas to decorate to your own tastes. You will find no shortage of amenities with granite countertops, beautiful stainless appliances, large baths and a very generous walk in closet. Each space offers a in unit washer and dryer. Community amenities offer you a beautifully designed pool with several cabanas, outdoor grills, outdoor lounge with pool table and lots of space to soak in the Florida Rays. Take the time to use the start of the art fitness center which is always kept impeccable. The clubhouse has so much to offer with computer room, board room, guest lounge with wet bar and so much more. This community makes you so proud to call it home. I would not hesitate to recommend this community to anyone, even ones with extremely high standards such as myself.
