Clean working units when starting a lease. I want another unit with working appliances as advertised. Need a working unit to move into, this one needs to be worked on before someone moves on. Electrical shorts are a hazard, broken stove since move in date is unacceptable

This has been my favorite apartment experience so far! Management has been awesome since the second I scheduled a tour online. They contacted me with follow up questions so that they could find the perfect apartment for me, so when I came to tour they already had a unit in mind for me, and it was perfect! I love living by the pool, it’s only loud on the weekends sometimes but never rowdy. There’s so many trees and birds so it’s a great place to walk around and especially beautiful in the mornings. The sunset is great from here too. Being next to the salado creek trails is a huge plus! Great location, management, and maintenance! Special shout out to Cynthia who has been so helpful ever since she gave me the tour and always has a big smile and wave when you pass her in the complex. She will make you feel at home.

Cortland Walker Ranch is a great place to live. The community is constantly being either upgraded or maintained. My neighbor's are always friendly and welcoming. The community is quite and facilities are great and the management team is always friendly and going above and beyond for the residents.

I would like to have a security patrolling at night for the cars not to get broken into
The property managers that work in the front office are always kind and polite and willing to accommodate! Landscaping is always conducted and service requests are answered to promptly. This is definitely one of the most well-maintained areas in NESATX.

The courtland is a hidden gem in north central San Antonio. The amenities are state of the art. Maintenance is very quick. Neighbors are friendly and I feel so safe here. Happy to say I picked the courtland as my home.

CWR has been my home for over 19 months now and I’ll be here at least another year, if not longer. Staff is excellent and friendly. My townhome is lovely and the entire community is well-maintained. Other residents are friendly and courteous. CWR is quiet and feels safe, and, for me, it’s in a convenient and great location in San Antonio.

Clean, quiet, and very friendly staff. Any issues we’ve had have been taken care of in a timely manner.
Community center is closed when residents are at home wanting to use it. Repairmen only repair things when and if they want to, no urgency or thoroughness. Management claims they are powerless to help residents. A 3 bedroom home is not able to receive a Key FOB for each room, difficult to access your own home.
This quiet community is conveniently located near the airport, and many city parks (like McAllister & Phil Hardberger). I've enjoyed living here.

It is a really nice apartment complex. The layout of the grounds is different that most complexes. It’s beautiful. And it is quiet. Has a family feel but can also have a party vibe on the weekends around the pool area. Maintenance responds within 30 minutes if is business hours. Overall a great place to live. I hope to be able to transfer to a bigger unit once my lease is over in 6 months. It will be my first time ever renewing a lease.

Paige was able to help me when I was interested in looking for a dream place to stay . Paige was super helpful , genuine , and patient . I fell in love with the outer appearance but had to see if I would feel connected to the place . It’s spacious and I love the gym , as someone who enjoys doing her morning workouts it’s something I will be looking forward to after my breakfast . Everything is GORGEOUS, I was satisfied with my tour experience . Any questions I had they were answered .
