Overall the luxury, I'm paying for isn't there anymore. Between the gates, elevators, the amount of people that don't pick up after their dogs, the charging situation, the filth in the stairwells,,, it's just disappointing

The above and beyond experience of living in a place where you feel, you belong to a country club without the amenities, just the benefits of having local shops and restaurants so close where you can actually feel you have an existence with a social life after a long days, grueling work to pay the rent of such elaborate places so the experience is amazing. I love living at Uptown Cortland because I feel like I'm in the city! The indoor parking is important as I do not like walking from my car to my apartment in the rain, especially if I'm carrying packages. I like the amenities, the location , the staff and the coffee bar!

I absolutely LOVE Cortland. I live in Boca Uptown currently and because of my experience here, I have decided to extend my stay within the Cortland community. Their property, their community, my neighbors and the environment around me makes me truly happy living here. I know things are not always perfect when living in an apartment community but the staff has always been so attentive and helps/listens to all my needs or wants. I know they are all great but Kamiyah has been truly a blessing. She is easy to talk to, helps see things through and always offers her assistance even when I'm not "asking" for it but she just knows when I really need it. How amazing is that!! The elevator was out for over a month, very inconvenient for me since I use a walker and had to walk a distance each time I left my apartment. The floors in the hallways are very unattractive. Like the staff and amenities provided to us, Pool area very nice and well maintained

This is the place to be! The location is perfect, well kept, they do a lot of cool activities for kids, adults, and family altogether! The food trucks they have every week are amazing, Maintenance in the Office always answer to request super quick, always willing to help!

Cortland Uptown Boca was such a beautiful community. I had spent a whole week with my friends who reside at the community. It was so nice that we were still able to work in our own private reserved conference rooms during the week. Coffee was always readily available. Their fitness center and pool remind me of a 5star resort. Once my friend’s lease is up, we will be transferring to a 3 bedroom apartment here! Cannot wait to be a resident!

I recently visited my friends that reside at Cortland Uptown Boca. I have always stopped by the plaza outside for Lazy Dog and Zen Sushi. I’ve always noticed the complex, but to see the inside was great! The front desk team was so friendly and allowed me to see the amenities before I met my friend. After my lease is over in Delray, we are considering moving here due to new Whole Foods and Home Sense. Love this area!

Here is a cautionary tale for anyone considering moving into Cortland Uptown Boca apartments, especially anyone with kids. At about 5pm on February 21, 2025, about 10 masked individuals entered the Cortland community (apparently walked right through the broken front gates) and started an enormous brawl in the parking lot and into the hallways of our building where many of the masked men were brutally beating several other guys to the point where blood was all over the parking lot and all over the first floor hallway of my building. The sheriffs office was involved etc. I immediately notified Cortland management of the incident. I also advised them that my child feels unsafe in the community, won’t go outside to play, constantly asking me if our doors are locked, having nightmares, etc. Cortland did not even clean up the blood that was all over the first floor of the apartment building for over four days. It took several emails from me before they finally cleaned it. The front gates at Cortland are constantly broken and left wide open for anyone to come and go, even those who mean to do harm. The security there is very poor. After I told Cortland management that we want to leave the community because of the security threat that they negligently created, and the harm is has caused my child, Cortland management told me they are sorry about what happened and they plan to revamp their security measures, but they still plan to charge me two months rent penalty for terminating my lease early. Even though it was their own negligence that caused this situation! Shameless would be one way to describe it. Insensitive would be another. After I told another resident about the incident, that resident told me about a prior incident last year where 20 trespassers entered the Cortland community armed with bats and caused damage and havoc in the community. Also, there are many kids who live there that smoke on the playground regularly which is also concerning for me as a parent. I’m talking about kids as young as 11 years old smoking on the playground. In summary, in our personal experience, Cortland Uptown Boca apartments is not a safe place to live especially for children. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.

After living in another Boca rental community, the property at Cortland Uptown is just simply on another level. The staff, the property, the amenities, the events, the residents ... the list goes on. I can honestly say, from someone who does wayyyy to much research when she is going to do something, this was by far the best move I've made in a long time. There is no way that someone moving here could possibly have a bad experience. The staff just wouldn't let that happen. I love our Cortland and absolutely everything about it is good. Except for one detail that I have already described earlier. I very often have to deal with dog waste. It really reduces my standard of living significantly. I would like to find a community without dogs at all. Although I must admit that the staff tries and cleans up, but the problem is with the dog owners, it is outrageous.

Great community but do not live here if you make moderate noise. Not even loud. Walls are thin and even having a group of 5 people over just to talk will result in a noise complaint. Too many and you get evicted.

Lived here since it opened. Very happy with the apartment, community and management/service team.
The Bingo Event was fantastic and extremely well-organized, with lovely snacks and a fun atmosphere. I’m not just saying this because I won – the event was genuinely a great time! The current staff is the best I’ve seen in all my time living here, and they go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. My favorite part of living here is definitely the combination of the top-notch amenities and the helpful staff who make everything run smoothly. The maintenance team is also outstanding, and it says a lot that many of them have been here since I moved in – their dedication truly shows

At present believe the office staff is the best it has been in a long time. Lots of turnover here, but the maintenance staff have all been here a long time and are very efficient.
I would like to congratulate you on the cleanliness of the corridors, which have been cleaned constantly. I would also like to extend this to the improvement in the security of the condominium, as we have noticed fewer intruders. We have recently had frequent problems with the elevator in building 40. It is constantly broken and maintenance takes a long time. The elevators are also always dirty and smelly.
Beautiful and very clean community, friendly management team, quick and professional maintenance. We are feel home here
Overall, I am somewhat happy living at Cortland Uptown Boca. I hope management can resolve this problem in the fitness center.
