My family originally moved from Cortland Fossil Creek to Cortland Riverside and that transition was very smooth. After living in one of the Villas which are amazing we’re looking to downgrade within the community and Rahni made it possible for us to move in 30 days which is awesome. We’re excited for our move in less than two weeks and have enjoyed the friends we made here and will continue to enjoy this wonderful community.

I've lived here for over 2 years and honestly couldn't be happier. The staff is incredible, the amenities are great, and the place is well maintained. I've always felt very safe here, and if ever I had an issue, it's been taken care of immediately. I recently had surgery and , since I live alone, the staff reached out and assisted me with whatever I needed. It is a bit pricey, but for what you get, it's worth it. 10/10

I love my home at Cortland Riverside so much. I have lived here for a little less than 3 years now and it has been nothing but a great experience. The community is always kept so nice and clean. The amenities are fantastic, especially the pool in the summer time. It's my daughters favorite thing there! Also, Julie and Rahni are the best. They're both always so willing to help with anything that might be needed. 10 starts to Cortland Riverside. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Everything is excellent about this community. The management and maintenance staff are outstanding, the grounds are well maintained, and it is conveniently located to major highways, but still far enough away to not worry about major traffic. I love the 24/7 fitness center, the resort-style pool, and being right next to the golf course. There is a beautiful clubhouse and a great dog park as well. I love everything about living at Cortland Riverside!

I am so happy that we moved into this complex. It is clean and quiet, and has really good amenities; truly feels like a resort! Great for dogs as there is a nice dog park and waste stations literally everywhere. The staff are amazing and very accommodating! Shoutout to Rahni!

Riverside is quiet, clean and the staff are respectful. They are dog friendly with doggie stations everywhere. There is a dog park and plenty of places for your furry friend to go.

Great community to live in the grounds are always so clean and managed. If there is a maintenance issue it is always resolved the day of or the day after. The apartment itself is very cute and cozy. Whenever you walk into the office with an issue you are always greeted kindly and promptly. I would 10/10 recommend living here.

Beautiful greener surrounds the property. The leasing girls are the best, I go daily to say hi to them with my rescue pup. Everyone is just so welcoming. Great property to live in if you have dogs.

This is a great community to live in. The staff here is second to none. They always have events going for the residents to enjoy. Overall just a great place to live.

I visit my friends regularly, more than 2 times every week. My car was towed once and that's my fault, no complaining about my $300 by Apollo towing. After that, the Cortland Riverside front desk said make sure that we park at visitor parking, if without register we'll get tow if the car stay there MORE THAN 2 DAYS. But yesterday, we parked at visitor parking around 4 PM and register late, then they towed my car at 10PM. Good $328 for 6 hours parking. IF YOU GUYS WANT YOUR FRIENDS OR FAMILIES TO HAVE AN EXPENSIVE PARKING TICKET PLEASE COME HERE AND LIVE. Also, if resident parked at visitor parking will get tow too if someone reported or noticed by the tow guy. The parking lot mostly full at night, so either resident or visitor have to find and park far away from where they lived. They have a GREAT CONTRACT WITH APOLLO TOWING ??????. Apollo also have a great eyes on picking car to tow, they'll hunting for luxury car.

Parking can be tight in any apartment community as we have limited space, so we do our best to keep illegally parked, improperly parked, or inoperable vehicles from taking spaces from our guests and residents. Our guest parking does require that the guest register their vehicle with us and guests cannot park for longer than 2 days at a time. Amazing apartments with beautifully done finishes. This community is one of the best that I've lived in, you are paying for excellent features, an amazing stafc, food related events and the beautifully done community. Still a bit pricey, but it is worth it!
The Cortland team is TOP NOTCH. I can't believe how blessed we are to be able to live around and work with the staff here. From the front office to the maintenance team and everyone in between, they truly make living here a pleasant experience! If not for their level of efficiency, empathy and effort towards helping me out during my time here, I don't know how I would've made it through my lease! Thank you all so much! -James N.

We love it here and haven’t had any issues! Great building, lots of hot water, great fridge/washing machine. Nothing has broken on us like it has at previous apartments. We love it here!
This community seems nice but can be better for the price point of rent. They never post your rent early like most other places and charge you steep fees if you are ever late. Goodluck
I wish I moved here years ago!!! Management cares and maintenance resolve quickly.....location is very good and the apartments are in very good care. Never a Complaint
From the moment we saw the grounds and units, l knew this was the place l wanted to be. We moved from California to Texas and l felt very much at home here at Cortland. The grounds are beautiful!!! The units are delightful. I love waking up here at Cortland!!!

Cortland Riverside is an excellent community in the heart of the Alliance corridor. Its location makes it a gem to reach any of your DFW destinations. The complex has beautiful amenities and fabulous views. 10/10 would recommend.
Cortland Riverside is a wonderful neighborhood to live in. They do so much for their residents and make sure that their residents are happy. They take prompt action to make repairs on gates or other items in the neighborhood. They have great communication to the residents. I've lived here for a little over a year and I really do love the neighborhood.
I regret not visit the Cortland years ago to move in. We're pleased and content. The staff is the best always!!!!!!
Apartments are very spacious. Stephanie has gone above and beyond for us and I will always consider her a friend.

Cortland Riverside is the best property in the area. This is my second time living at this property. I moved out of state last year and returned to this property because it is quiet, well kept and the staff are amazing!

From touring, to leasing, to move-in, Cortland Riverside and its staff has exceeded expectations. The property is beautifully situated along the green space of Fossil Creek Golf Course and has stunning amenities that allow you to relax by a 3 tier pool or to get in a vigorous workout in a state of the art gym. The staff took the time to make sure everything was sparkled and 'live in' ready by my move-in date. If you are looking for an amazing property with easy access to all that the Alliance Area has to offer, look no further than Cortland Riverside.
I wish I moved here before where issues are taking care of, activities within the community makes you feel part of it, but most important, people at the office are the best
Dont live here unless you like loud neighbors, people smoking constantly, and management that doesnt care about you.

Love it here. Some noise complaints, but its an apartment so it happens sometimes. Grownups are beautiful and team at Cortland make sure it is kept up. I wish they would convert to condos cuz Id buy one. Beautiful and spacious apartments. Ive looked at a lot of surrounding properties and havent found one that compares.
These apartments do not have adequate amount of parking spaces. Should had done the math when putting parking in.
Apartment was nice when I first moved in. Very loud area to live in now. Constant dogs barking, people very loud at the pool until late at night. Never any quiet.
Next month we will be here for 1 year and we loved it here. Staff and management are very attentive to residents, is a very quiet community and everyone around is polite. I love the open bar kitchen and very elegant fixtures and the big pantry on the kitchen gabinetes and the beautiful glass shower doors and super big walking closets for our 2 bedroom apartment. I love the big oval tub also. We have been very happy here and absolutely love our patio. I will recommend anyone who likes elegant and comfy living to come and check this apartments.
