We recently stayed with family members who live inside this complex. We were very impressed with the apartment layout and quality of fixtures and flooring. This was a very quite complex. The staff was very informative of the area attractions and immunities of the complex.

Taking pride in where you live is easy to do when you live at such a terrific apartment with great neighbors and people that work here. I love bringing people over to show them my place and we enjoy the pool area so much in the summer. It is kept clean and always works. They leave the nets out so we can help ourselves to getting the leaves or acorns out after hours and this allows us to enjoy the area at all times. Stopped in on a Saturday and did a tour with Carmen! She was fantastic and answered all of my questions, unfortunately we chose another place due to our location and time frame that we were looking for. It’s been 2 months since I moved here now and has been such a delightful experience. I moved from NY and was very nervous and hesitant to just view the apts online and move to a completely new state. But Carmen and Tyler made it so much easier! Very prompt with the replies, sorting out everything. I have moved across continents and states and this was the smoothest moving process ever! The food trucks are amazing! Having so many trees around , especially during the summers makes my life so much easier while taking my dogs out for a walk. My dogs love Carmen and Tyler so much that they won’t complete their walk without saying hi to them. The floor plans are amazing! Their maintenance service is also so prompt with any service requests that you raise. Would recommend this place above anything else!

Ive been living here now for a year and theres so many amazing things I have to say about this property and the staff that makes this place go round. (: The amenities are SO GOOD! We have 2 pools, a hot tub, a nice gym, dog wash station, fire pits, tons of grills and so many events to meet others that live in the community. My partner and I have shared many laughs and memories with the front office staff and even the maintenance team, which will come fix an issue in your apartment within 24 hours of putting a request! Huge shout out to Denise, Donna, Tyler and Carmen for making our time here at Cortland an amazing one. I dont see us moving from here for a long time. Very satisfied and i know of plenty of others that feel the same.

Long story short, my life took a turn, and I was suddenly looking for a place to move in. I found Courtland Apts and met with Donna and she was a godsend! She was so patient, informative and caring! She showed me several different floor-plans and apartment locations over several weeks until the right one for me came available. For an older complex it is very well kept up. The staff is incredible and the community is so family friendly, as well as fur baby friendly, which is very important to me! I love how spacious my one bedroom is and I am completely surprised at how calm and peaceful the complex is. My my patio is the perfect size for my little bistro set, so I can enjoy a nice glass of wine after a long day at work! I am looking forward to spending time at the dog park and meeting my neighbors at the community gatherings over the next 18 months!

My family has lived her for over two years. We have been very happy here. The grounds are beautiful with trees everywhere, two pools a hot tub a gym and an awesome front office with coffee and hot chocolate and games for the kids. The apartments are updated and the maintenance team is outstanding. I've had service requests fixed within 20 minutes of putting it in. Denise the manager and Donna and the front office staff are kind and attentive. They go above and beyond to make sure we have what we need and always find a way to make us feel special. There are always special events which really make living her fun like easter egg hunts and flower arrangements with wine for mothers day, even ice cream socials! The neighborhood is beautiful with great schools and shopping. We feel very lucky to have found this place.

Such a pleasant move-in experience! Sydney catered to all my needs and made sure that I was all set to move in---she's great! The maintenance staff are also very attentive and take care of any issues the same day I request it. A quiet and very friendly environment as well and the finish-outs are very well done in the apartments too. Very happy living here!!

Cortland River Place was a great place to tour! Sydney and Tyler are great at helping people out with whatever questions you may have! The service team was really nice when I toured, and when we talked to some people currently living there, they assured me how good the team is! I've lived here going on four years and absolutely love my apartment. The complex is wooded and I am surrounded by nature sounds outside while inside my apartment it is super quiet. The office staff and the service team are spot on and quick to respond. They are the best!

The speed and quality of the maintenance and the office team is unbelievable compared to some of the other places we lived. The location is perfect out here with all the trails on site and near Travis Lake and several rivers. It is super quiet looking over the wooded areas and quietness is what we were looking for. The apartment was super clean when we moved in and they just cleaned the buildings which made the appearance walking up through the stairs so much better. The amenities are well kept which include a great gym and a dog wash area! The unit amenities are energy efficient and pretty new. We really enjoy Cortland River Place and would recommend to anyone looking to live in the Four Points area.??

Cortland River Place has improved so much in the past 6 years. It has an amazing group of people to help take care of any concerns that arise and the community of people that live here are over the top nice. Residents help each other with pet sitting, have doggie night out, and meet up at the pet park everyday to chat about life and let the dogs play. It is so beautiful to sit outside in the wooded surroundings and relax. It is a great place to call home.

I have lived in this apartment complex for 13 years which is FOREVER in apartment living years. Haha! I love Ravina because the grounds are pretty with lots of trees and green space. I love that the property backs up to a nature preserve. My apartment is spacious, well laid out and comfortable, and my neighbors have always been nice and respectful. The maintenance team is helpful and efficient when something needs to be fixed or repaired. Luckily, I haven't had to use them that much because my apartment is in good working order. The management team has been helpful through the years when I needed to discuss changes in my life that affected my lease. When I went through my divorce, they were so helpful and got me into a more affordable unit as quickly as possible. I have always felt like they actually cared about me as a resident and wanted me to be happy there instead of just being a number. If you're looking for an apartment home, I would highly suggest checking out Ravina.

The people who work at Ravina are great, and the amenities are nice, but we have been battling cockroaches ever since moving in. Our carpet continues to reek of urine even after two professional cleanings. Overall a disappointing experience.

Please get with someone in our office so we can work with the contracted pest control team to go more in depth and find the root to that concern. Sometimes bugs are brought in with moving boxes or maybe they are coming in from an adjoining neighbor apartment home? We will schedule an inspection of the adjoining apartments just to get some verification. In addition, there are a few more extensive measures that are available with the pest control team to get this resolved for you. Please give us a call or stop by at your earliest convenience. I wake up to the sounds of birds in the morning instead of traffic noise. And this quiet extends to the inside of my apartment where I barely hear any sounds from my neighbors. Wonderful! And the location is close to my favorite, challenging hiking trail. And a big thank you to everyone in the office and the maintenance team for their professionalism, responsiveness, and friendliness.

We just renewed our lease at Ravina. It's a little dated, yes, BUT ..the walls are basically soundproof. These buildings were built in the good days! It's so quiet around here, our neighbors are amazing, and parking is never an issue. No problems here, whatsoever.

I've been living at Ravina going on 12 years, that says it all. Management is on top of things, very professional and compassionate. I was really impressed during the winter storm of 2/21. Denise did everything in her power to make life easier to cope with during this harsh weather. She did a fantastic job.
