Management team is great and genuinely care. Maintenance team is A1, plenty of parking. Amenities are amazing! Some irresponsible pet owners but I am guessing you get that anywhere. Would recommend!

Cortland Powers North has a great management team, good customer service when it comes to situations that can’t be handled inside the portal of the residents. Some people like to be alone, others are really polite. Diversity in this community is much! Every Friday there’s sweets and treats for the residents which is really nice. The apartment parkings and obviously the price (inflation) is the only thing that I can have bad feedback. Sometimes there isn’t parking nearby and have to park really far. The cost of living here is pricey so if you can manage, you can live here.

It’s a nice place to live. We’ve been at Cortland since 2022. We like where it’s located and people look out for each other. We took a chance and signed the lease and I can’t say I’ve got any regrets about it. I love meeting the community members and it feels like home. ????

Great location with amazing views of Pikes Peak!!!
The apartments from the outside view, they look enjoyable, like you can really feel is gonna be a good experience and not just that, for sure you’ll know the inside would definitely be fancy. The people sound happy within the apartments, the pool area and the clubhouse. The sounds, they are normal, kids laughing and screaming, you know the typical fun, dogs are really nice when it comes with the sounds, and normal footsteps sounds and stuff that falls to the floor but nothing to be angry of. Some people are nice and some aren’t but that’s just life. The balcony is really nice to be in, nice coloring and spectacular views. This has been the best by far apartment I have ever lived. Management is really active, they are usually there, if they aren’t, they’re probably touring but their are responsive and take immediate actions to any situation that comes. Service employees are really nice as well and they take their jobs seriously, they always fix the faults. No disappointments .
I moved here sight unseen from Wisconsin and they did an amazing job at showing my multiple apartments on a virtual tour and I really got to trust them! I have never been to the springs before either. We showed up and the apartment was amazing! So much bigger than we expected and a mountain view. We are so excited to be here. The location is also perfect because it’s right off a main road but you never hear the road. So it’s easy to access downtown or northern springs it’s right on the middle here!

Best place to live,love coming home to Cortland and staff is awesome and always there to help!
Love the modern look of the apartment inside and out. And the fitness center is nice, has lots of fitness equipment. As for the walls in the apartment buildings they are paper thin, if you do not live on the top floor be prepared to hear your upstairs neighborhoods all the time. We do not recommend living here if you work from home or are an online college students, you won't have any peace and quiet. Also if you have family or friends with disabilities be prepared for the parking situation, they allow anyone to park at the handicap spots even if they do not have a handicap license plate or placard.
The office does a good job on listening to suggestions and acting on them.
Our experience has been great this far. Marsha was very helpful and answered all of our questions or concerns during move in. I am only giving 4 stars due to our address not populating on USPS and we are unable to forward mail directly to our new address. All else has been great and we are thankful for the smooth easy process to rent with Cortland Powers North.

From selecting our home , getting the documents setup to moving in , the team was so helpful and made the entire process stress free. They were always there to answer any questions and offer support were needed. Our stay here so far has been amazing and would definitely recommend to others . We have been here since April 2022. We loved living here at that time. The office staff was great. They cared about the tenants. We are now just a number. Our halls are always dirty, complaints aren't resolved . Our building access isn't safe. The large rocks are a hazard to walk on. Very disappointed in the changes since we moved in.

Cortland Powers North is more than a place of residence, it’s truly an inclusive community. The amenities and community events are what sets them apart from other apartment complexes I have stayed. From the beginning management has been absolutely amazing. I love Cortland Powers North. It has treated my husband and I very well especially with the safety and comfort we feel in the area and how easy it is for him to get on Fort Carson. I love that it is around everything but sometimes it’s hard if you were to live right next to powers and hear cars all the time or fireworks but it’s bearable and I think the doors block out that noise really well. It’s a great area for many things and has a lot of great amenities and everyone is very kind. I have never had to worry about walking outside alone or walking our dog and that’s important to me

The apartments look like from afar, however, they are poorly build. You can hear the neighbors TVs, dogs running, and someone people have heavy steps. The apartments are way too expensive and being passed off as "luxury", I'm from Miami these not not luxury.

Do not rent here unless you want noise and dust from 0700-0600! When we first rented last year, we thought this place was a gem- nice unit, lits of windows, accessibility to shops, etc. But a few months after we were shocked by the noise and dust coming from the construction! They never informed us about it. When I contacted the office they said there’s nothing they can do but offer to MOVE us to a different unit. Are you kidding me?
This is a great community in an excellent location. The views of the mountains are great.
As someone whos lived in many different apartments in my life, I can honestly say Cortland powers north is the nicest one Ive ever lived in. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The apartment itself was very open and well laid out, with very nice fixtures and features. In unit routers were so nice and convenient. The community is full of nice amenities. Especially if you have a dog. Or like coffee and pool, or going to the gym. Its also super close to anything you could want or need.
I love Cortland Powers North. When a friend was inquiring about apartments and was interested in another Cortland location in Colorado Springs, I encouraged them to look into the place as I truly appreciated the Cortland company.
Other than the location I don’t have many good things to say. We pay an outrageous amount to live here so you would think they would have enough money to sound proof a little better. I get noise is expected living in an apt but don’t put someone with 2 big dogs on the 3rd floor. I’m so tired of hearing dogs running around all day long and a person who stomps around like an elephant and sounds like they’re bowling every night. The apts aren’t even that big so I’m confused where you’re walking around so much? If you sign a lease here just be prepared for a lot of disrespectful neighbors.
Cortland has some good features- lovely amenities inside of the apartment, especially kitchen, decent size closets and easily accessible parking. However, there are too many pool parties where some who participate are not part of the community. Recently we even had a gang throwing bbq party at the pool on Sunday. If you are light sleeper beware - walls are paper thin and you can hear ppl waking and their tvs. There are also quite few ppl that smoke marihuana and you can smell it in your unit
Cortland North has been very good to us! Weve enjoyed living here and its going to be difficult to leave one day
Cortland Powers North is such a great place to live! Located in such a convenient area, staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, community is great and I've always felt safe, amenities and communal areas are always so clean and inviting, it's just great here. 10/10 recommend.

The location is great. It is close to groceries, shops and restaurants. Our unit is in like new condition when we moved in and the kitchen is really nice. Emily from the office consistently provides the best customer service whenever we need anything or have questions.
Cortland is a great place to live. They have a nice open floor plan, the maintenance staff is very responsive and all staff is very friendly.
Cortland Powers North is a great community to live at. Coming from out-of-state, they made the move-in process simple and even checked up on us during the drive. The apartments are clean, quiet, and spacious. All the appliances are new and the everyone has a balcony! I love living here and the staff makes you feel welcome at home right away.
This is a great community! I love all the updated features in my home, especially my amazing bathtub. I use the gym everyday! Its very large with a variety of equipment. No need for a gym membership. I also love using the hot tub in the snow with the outdoor fireplace in the background. I love everything about it!

Cortland Powers North is the best apartment complex in the Springs. It has everything you need and more, great for pets, and sparkling clean units. Maintenance staff keeps the campus orderly day and night. I see them working all day to keep my living environment pristine. Safe place, great location...Its really home sweet home.
Cortland Powers North is one of the best places Ive lived. Management has been great, the amenities are top notch and any maintenance requests have been handled quickly.
My husband and i have been living here for 5 months and this is the best place to live. Management is amazing. Its a super quiet place, and everyone in the community is really friendly! I love how pet friendly they are! Perfect place for a dog.

The leasing office is of the kindest and most professional I have ever interacted with. Everyone is so kind. The buildings are of excellent condition and the complex is wonderful. A fantastic apartment with generally kind and quiet neighbors.
