The apartments are fine. Decent pricing WHEN promo pricing is in effect. Aside from that, I wouldn’t know how they charge. Everything you could ever want to do is miles away from the complex. I drive an hour to work everyday. Not my personal recommendation for my specific situation, but I like the complex.

Enjoy a taste of the South! South Austin that is at Cortland Onion Creek Parkway Apartments. When you get tired of the hustle-bustle on the North Side come on home to the peaceful and beautiful surroundings here at Cortland . Just a five minute drive to HEB in Buda and Kyle plus you’re going to be so excited about the fabulous restaurants and bars that are just five minutes away from Cortland Apartments and you don’t even have to get on I-35 to get there Just stay on the frontage road and get ready for a fun filled evening. Heck you can ride your bicycle there and back but you would have to go lighter on the grocery shopping HaHa! It’s worth your time to check Cortland at Onion Creek out. Just the name of the location is so cool Don’t you think?

There are a number of pros about the Cortland Onion Creek community: location - access to head north or south on I-35 is not a pain, you actually can't hear the highway despite how close it is, it's gated so you feel safe, I have not had an issue with parking, staff is friendly, service requests are handled appropriately, lots of community events, communication is timely, and it's mostly a quiet community. Cons: floors between levels are fairly thin, so make friends with the tenant above you.

Everyone up here from the management to the whole maintenance crew are super friendly and very professional in their related fields of work. Have never had any negative encounters with any of the team. Plus what sells it for me they are super dog friendly! Would recommend anyone to atleast take a tour if you are looking for a new apartment.

Cortland onion creek is by far the most amazing and I’m not exaggerating when I say this the most AMAZING complex we have ever lived in and we hope to stay here as long as we possibly can! We may have only been living here half a year but man does time fly when you’re happy and your community host events every week!!! Mike , Grace , and Danielle are the sweetest people we have ever met and they make sure we are loved and happy and included ! Never have I ever met an apartment complex that knows their residents by their names and their fur babies to!! They make it a goal to make sure you are known and loved and having a good time , I wish the world for the amazing team that we have! If you get the opportunity to move to this complex DO ITTTTT !!!! Cortland Onion Creek is just the perfect home for me and our family. The staff care about us and our input. They try and make our stay as comfortable as possible. They host events and give out raffle prizes too! They even have toys for the cats and dogs too! The apartments are spacious and clean, perfect to make it as homey as possible! The community is just as great as everyone here is so nice and friendly, would especially recommend for it’s dog community! And the amenities are just the cherry on top. Everything about this apartment is perfect from top to bottom.

These apartments have been consistently well maintained during my 3 years living here. They always respond promptly to service requests and address the issue. The staff have changed and everyone has always been friendly. We're having more community activities again (I moved in during COVID-19 lockdowns). It's great to have staff who recognize and work with you at a property when there's a problem. Every home will have maintenance issues, this is the most important issue property management can address. They get that right here.
From the first day I walked in and Danielle welcomed me and made me feel at home. I honestly believe Mike, Danielle and Grace are the hardest working staff around. There’s always an engagement activity.

I have been living here for 1 year now and I love this place. The front office team of Mike, Danielle, and Grace are so friendly and always helpful when I have a question or problem. When we had the freezing weather in January, they sent us reminders of what we needed to do to be prepared for it. Maintenance is very responsive to our needs. From game nights to nights when a food truck shows up to help us out with dinner, there is always something going on here. Southpark Meadows, just north of us offers all kinds of shopping and dining. And it's a 10 minute drive down I-35 to Kyle for Costco with a gas station! And personally for me, someone who flies often, it is pretty close to the airport.

Cortland Onion Creek Apartments are nestled away on a short street just off I-35 South surrounded by beautiful homes with gorgeous landscapes. But immediately when you get to the entrance of the property you realize the apartment is surrounded by the same exceptional landscape and in fact even more spectacular. It’s gorgeous! From the fantastic staff, the pool, the updated exercise room, the awesome mail room that actually stays open and functional all the time “unlike the mail rooms you probably have to tolerate now “ to the awesome ability to open the entrance gate for your guest by simply using the app on your phone, to the beautiful dog parks and I could go on and on. But the secret I want to share most is that if you leave the complex and turn right on I35-S in a matter of minutes you can be enjoying the Big Willie special drinks and the finger-licking food at Willie’s or many of the other facilities in Buda and Kyle. By the time you could otherwise just be getting on I-35N, you’ll be laughing and enjoying life with your family and friends just minutes from your apartment at Cortland Onion Creek and you’ll feel like you’re hundreds of miles away from the hustle and bustle across town. It will change your whole life. Not to mention how cool it sounds to list your address as “Onion Creek “. I’m not a staff member just a happy resident and you can be too. Come on home to compassion. Oh, did I mention the Old Mancha Saloon on 1626 just seven minutes from the apartment. Just one of the many delightful hang-outs on our side of town.

LITERALLY EVERYTHING I have to complain about as far as living here goes is inconsiderate neighbors - and management CONSTANTLY sends bulletins remind people to be neighborly and remember they share the community with others- so they are doing everything they can to even try to fix that - which is seen and VERY appreciated

Fantastic leasing experience. I needed to get into the apartment the same week that I applied and they were able to make it happen. My living experience at Cortland-Onion Creek has been absolutely incredible. The entire staff are so friendly and helpful and available when needed. This has been such an enjoyable and entertaining experience primarily because of the creativity of the staff and the genuine appreciation extended by them to our family of residents. I love it here at Cortland Onion Creek! I had to leave my last place in north Austin due to flooding and needing a quick and easy move in. Mike Bishop in the leasing office was SO friendly and fast and helped me get in quick. He’s very knowledgeable and has many years of experience and it definitely shows! He got me taken care of same day and I moved in 4 days later! The community here is so quiet and it’s VERY clean. The units are updated, clean and quiet. I’ve also never lived at an apartment where the valet trash *actually* comes each day! But here at Cortland, it does! Would definitely recommend this to anyone searching for a nice place just outside of downtown Austin.

I love living here! My neighbors are cool, the management and maintenance are nice, knowledgeable and attentive, and the amenities are great. I have even renewed/extended my lease to stay longer and moved units and the staff was so helpful and made sure I got what I wanted! Community events are so fun and a great way to get to know your neighbors. Sometimes I forget that I live in an apartment and it kinda feels like a resort (except I have to work lol). The pool and gym are so nice and definitely add to the resort feel. My family and friends love visiting because they enjoy it too! Can’t recommend Cortland Onion Creek enough, especially is the sea of mid, poorly run, overpriced Austin apartments.

The staff at these apartments are LOVELY, truly the BEST! From the tour to move in Danielle has helped us and has been so helpful. Her assistance did not STOP THERE, we had an unfortunate event where our fur baby went missing and Danielle went out of her way to assist us locating her. It is thanks to Danielle that we are now reunited with our fur baby. Danielle has been genuinely nice. The other day I called about a service request due to my AC not working and Danielle answered and said she would community to maintenance to stop by my unit prior to leaving, the managed to accommodate us till the service request was complete. The whole staff/ community overall has been a great experience.

We have been living here for four years now. The staff is very friendly. They are very concerned with your needs and are very attentive. Repairs are done in a orderly and quick time. The apartments are well-maintained. The landscape is immaculate. The pool gets attention on a daily manner. There are granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and a high ceiling height. The breezeways are kept clean, and power washed on a regular basis. Valet service available for trash pick up. Just place your trash cans outside the door and be on your way to the clubhouse to enjoy the amenities such as a theater room, business center, large screen televisions, clubhouse kitchen, cappuccino machine for a nice hot beverage, newly updated fitness center, table tennis, Olympic size pool, barbecue grills, comfortable lounge chairs, pool table, secure Amazon pick up lockers. These are just a few of your accommodations. Also very close to shopping. Only minutes to nearby Southpark Meadows shopping center.

We have had an amazing experience at this apartment complex over our first 3+ months here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the amenities are great. I was so impressed with the front desk staff even before we moved in when I stopped by and they remembered my name from 2 months before. They are very responsive and helpful any time I have had a question or issue. My dog LOVES stopping in to see the staff (which we do just about every day at this point) and they are always so friendly and will pet him and chat for a while. They even do a pet of the month and give away a Barkbox! They frequently have events (that are actually fun and people show up to) and provide snacks every once in a while. Our power went out for a couple of days due to a storm and they allowed us to go over to a sister apartment complex and provided food and wifi for everyone as well as breakfast the next day. They truly go above and beyond! The people we have met here have been great as well! We were able to quickly make friends with a few other dog owners and just have felt very welcomed from day 1. As far as location, we are just south of Slaughter and Southpark Meadows which offers pretty much anything you could want in terms of shopping and food. I HIGHLY recommend this complex if you are looking to live in South Austin!

I have attended a few of the Cortland events for residents. Trivia night was really fun and competitive, but everyone had a great time. The events are for residents and their friends, and they are different every time. The property is beautiful, and conveniently located near I-35. The consultant Danielle was extremely helpful in my apartment search and I would recommend her an this property if you’re looking for a place to move. You can’t go wrong with Cortland Onion Creek.

I had the opportunity to join a resident game night recently with my friend who lives at Cortland Onion Creek and I've never wanted to switch apartments so bad! The staff hosting the event was personable, outgoing and very engaging and inviting. Leasing agent Danielle went out of her way to get to know me even though I was not a resident. She gave me some general info and took down my information so she can keep in contact with me when my lease is up in the summer! My experience with Cortland was great! Customer service was great from the moment we walked in. Timberlyn helped me find an apartment home that was everything I was looking for and more. She took her time with me and even showed me around the complex and additional units to show me all the options they offer. The property is well kept, quiet and felt homey and very dog friendly (which I love for my pup. I fell in love with the 1 bed room unit and applied on the spot! Happy to say I’ll be moving into my new apartment home this week!!! Overall, highly recommend if you’re looking in the South Austin area!

Courtland Onion Creek is a beautiful upscale apartment community. The management team,helpful and friendly. We are proud to call this place home.
The front office staff is more than excellent and the community is safe and quiet. On the other hand, the inside of the units are not kept up very well. It seems like the price is going uo and the quality of the interior of the unit is going down.
Living at Courtland at onion creek has been a fantastic experience, it feel safe, predictable, and warm. The Teams working to assist our stay have been very accommodating and friendly and always meet me with a smile! I true and sincerely enjoy my time here and look forward to my remaining time I get to share with couland community and the team! THANK YOU!
