Central Tucson is a collection of neighborhoods that are home to some of Tucson’s major landmarks and destinations. Anchored by the Rillito River, Interstate 10, and Reid Park, this part of the city features historic homes built between 1920 and 1960 in varying architectural styles. Central Tucson has one of the city’s biggest commercial districts. Located along Wetmore Road, Tucson Mall houses major department stores, popular specialty brands, a painting studio, and a theater. This complex is quiet, clean, and (most importantly) safe. The pool is gorgeous, gym has all the necessities for a killer workout, and e-bike rentals made me want to vroom vroom around the whole city. ALL the employees I’ve met here are awesome and they have occasional events/food truck visits. Bob willing, I’m not moving anytime soon!
We’ve lived here for around a year and it’s a great place to stay. It’s quiet, clean and has nice amenities. The front office staff is always kind and helpful. Todd and the maintenance team are quick to resolve orders and help with anything you need.

I love living at Cortland on the Loop, I chose to live here because of the incredible amenities that I could not find anywhere else. From the movie theater, electric bikes, pool, hot tub and 24 hour gym I really love living here. The clubhouse also has so many places to sit and vibe and a great coffee machine! I love my balcony and it has become my outdoor sanctuary, as someone who works from home I was looking for an open place to live with lots to do and Cortland on the Loop does just that. The staff is friendly, maintenance is nice and helps with anything I need. I also love that it is right next to the loop. I love the gated aspect so it feels like a safe community. If you're looking for your next place to live, I highly recommend booking a tour and seeing it for yourself!

This is a desert community located next to a wash. No matter how well you prepare, snakes will always make their way onto the property at some point or another. It is the responsibility as the owner of the property to ensure the safety of tenants, and leaving rattlesnakes to block walkways for over 24 hours is an appalling failure of that responsibility. Shame on Cortland on the Loop, first for failing to respond to an after hours emergency (the 24/7 hotline has no contact information for anyone on-site after hours), second for failing to remove the threat, a rattlesnake, due to ‘not having a corporate approved vendor,’ and third for refusing reimbursement to tenants for having the snake removed themselves to unblock the common walkway. Please prioritize tenant safety moving forward by accounting for the unique challenges a desert property presents, or do not manage a desert property at all.
Wonderful community. From the maintenance to the management they are all professional, friendly and quick to respond. The amenities are beautiful. Gated community is a plus. The only issue that we had since living here was the parking spot where multiple times someone has used our designated spot and coming from night shift it was frustrating but i know it was beyond the management's control, but hopefully there are steps to avoid this from happening again. Overall this is a wonderful place to live.
Cortland on the Loop is a great place to live. The office management is friendly and responsive, and they seem to really care about the residents. Service requests are handled promptly, and the grounds are immaculate. Having access to the Loop is an added bonus.
Living in this complex has been a pleasant experience for my family so much, we have lived here for 8 years now. Is a quiet and safe environment.My daughter enjoys the common areas .
Very satisfied with decision to live here.Staff is very helpful, place is kept beautifully, service requests are promptly attended to. My ohe dissatisfaction is the lack of guest parking since each not. Has inly one designated parking slot and most apts have two residents and very likely two cars. I realize there is simply no additional available space. It is however a real problem when friends or family wish to visit

I feel that I liked the community at first. but the quality tenants that come here are not held accountable for their actions. I feel that people here are inconsiderate and just leave messes.
We need more shade in the dog park. A water feature in the dog park would be great. We also need more chairs by the pool and more shade at the pool. There are too many outside guests who take all of the pool chairs. A single guest should not be permitted to bring 20 guests.
This is the best freakin complex I’ve ever lived in. The pool is beautiful, e-bikes rentals are SO fun, the units are spacious and there’s plenty room for storage, and every single staff member I’ve met is absolutely wonderful. Any request is remedied super quickly and I haven’t had any real complaints in the 2 years I’ve been here. It’s pretty great.
Cortland on the Loop is a pet friendly complex with good neighbors and a polite and helpful management team. The maintenance crew has been pleasant, neat, and professional completing service requests promptly and correctly (the first time).
The community is exceptional, with a staff that is both helpful and friendly. The apartments are impeccably clean and of excellent quality, exuding a pleasant aesthetic. The swimming pool and gym also possess an appealing appearance.
Love living at Cortland on the loop @ River and La Cholla
Cortland on the loop isn't just another Apartment complex in Tucson. It's THE BEST apartments in Tucson. Nowhere else can you find yourself within walking distance of the grocery store while also in walking distance of a absolutely beautiful pool. Never in my life would I have imagined waking up and feeling like I live on a resort. The staff is amazing and always helpful, and the Amenities are amazing, from the pool to the movie theater you will never find yourself "just bored at home" while living here.
Friendly staff and clean grounds but motorcycle was stolen and little security measures are in place.
Yvette, Jonathan and all of the staff are amazing! They are very responsive and resolve issues quickly!
Cortland on the loop is the place to be! I seriously researched several communities when I was moving to Tucson, and this one came out on top. If for nothing else, move here because the people really do care about your experience and will address any situations that arise. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Cortland on the loop is an amazing apartment complex with excellent ammenities. We absolutely love having a kids play room in the gym, it was the major selling point and has helped us be more active! The pool, hottub and theatre are all big hits too. And the cherry on top is how friendly management is. We love Nate and Yvette and appreciate them so much!

Just have to remember you get what you pay for especially with apartments. Cortland has been a clean, good staffed place, and quiet community. The front office staff and maintenance are good people. Looking to live here a couple of years hopefully.

If you are single and living here, you will be fine. If you have a roommate or multiple cars, good luck. You will be coming home some days with no parking available at all. There's also some giant waste disposal container that is taking up 3-5 parking spots and it has been there for several months now. I recommend living at some place that actually has enough spots for its tenants.

Excellent staff, beautiful property, 10 out of 10 stars!
The buildings are very well kept and the management and service staff are SO helpful and kind! Overall a wonderful place to live with great views and awesome amenities!
This particular complex is not the most people friendly. Neighbors rarely stop and say hello. Not even other pet people which is rare. Its suppose to be non-smoking but some smokers disregard. They go to the Dog Park and use that area as their smoking area and ash trays You also have to watch you monthly bills.
