Park East is located between Hollywood and Hollywood Hills. It is actually west of downtown, stretching from Sheridan Street to Pembroke Road. Hollywood Boulevard bisects the neighborhood, while I-95 forms the eastern border. Much of the south end of the neighborhood consists of the Orangebrook Golf and Country Club. To the north, Topeekeegee Yugnee Park wraps around a large lake and includes the Castaway Island water park, a full-hookup RV campground with Wi-Fi, an open field, a playground, picnic areas, basketball and tennis courts, and two miles of paved trails for walking, jogging, bicycling, and skating. There’s also a marina for renting paddleboats, kayaks, canoes, and johnboats.
Park East is the ideal neighborhood, providing a mix of apartments and houses, several canals, and a large shopping plaza in the center of the neighborhood that includes a Publix supermarket, Target, GameStop, and popular restaurants.

The apartment itself is nice and spacious but the service is hardly there. Apparently if a service request is too complicated, they will try to hide or ignore the problem. The office is also never available because they are always busy helping prospective residents. They will also raise the rent because apparently they are not allowed to raise it less than 5% every year, even if inflation is not that high, without adding any additional amenities or upgrades to your apartment. It makes you wonder where all that money is going.
Very excellent team in the office and the maintenance crew are Supreme.

Nice apartments, communication not the greatest. Hallways smell like trash. Trash leaks down the stairs when they come pick up trash. I am assuming they don’t want to lift them. They charge $20 for valet trash. Plus $30 for the dumpster which we were never told about that fee. Maintenance requests take forever to get addressed. Communication is terrible. Because of the above I give them a 7/10 with room for improvement. Pricing could also be better.

Very poor cleaning of the hallways of the slopes and green areas, the condominium is very neglected at the time when the cats break down the garbage, they allow people to leave the garbage outside all weekend, causing bad odors and attracting cats and other types of animals.

Cortland Hollywood is a great place to call home! The maintenance team responds quickly to my work orders and fixes everything correctly and in a timely manner. The office team is really nice and helpful and they always greet you with a smile. The pool is my favorite! I feel like I’m on vacation whenever I lay out. The gym is very nice and clean and has updated equipment.

I need no anonymity. My name is Chris and I'm a physician who largely works 9-5, M-F. The experience here has been largely negative due to a problem with constant noise, which has greatly impacted my ability to get a full night's rest on a regular basis. Given how overpriced the units are, this has left a bitter taste in my mouth despite what are huge pluses (length of commute to my offices, ease of access to southbound 95, trirail station within walking distance, and proximity of YG farmer's market). There is supposedly a policy about noise, specifically after 9pm, but this has never been enforced. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this community to others given what I've stated above.

When I was searching for a place to move I was so indecisive till I took a tour here in Cortland Hollywood. Instantly I knew this is where I wanted to move. It feels like a small resort. Everyone is so kind. The staff is amazing. David (maintenance man) is a very helpful person and will go above and beyond to help get any issue resolved. The management here are open to hearing any ideas you might have for the community to make it better than it already is. Everything is so clean. Samuel and Hilton made the application and touring process such a breeze, they know the property like the back of their hands!(super cool guys) This property was spectacular and I love the convenience of the location, being right off i95 makes my drive to work a breeze. Moving here was a great choice and I’ve become very fond of the FREE leasing office coffee!! Nothing better than a nice cup on the pool deck in the morning, feels like luxury.

The location is great close to everything and the management team has gotten a lot better and maintenance has always been nice and very responsive

I have never met a worse management in my life. Don’t be fooled by the photos and in case you communicate with them make sure everything is written and don’t let them tell you anything verbally. They lie and deceive you. The perfect example for a toxic place and management is Cortland Hollywood FL. Thank God I got out of there when I did but they took 3,000 dollars after they said they were giving it all back (my deposit) that they refused to give back, acting like they’re so desperate for every penny. Poor people. Also management lady is very unprofessional and rude, it’s shocking. She raised her voice at me because she was “so stressed” with paperwork she had to do.
