Waste of money for a place that doesn’t fix problems. Lots of random fees, property not clean, rude neighbors, no parking. I was not pleased and didn’t not enjoy my time there. I know my husband and I will not be renting there again

Do not rent here, the management here is terrible, my apartment got flooded twice and they did nothing to compensate me. I work from home and I couldn’t work for 2 weeks. Please stay away from here.

The community is nice but you don’t get a lot of space for what you pay. If you invest in some vertical space, you’ll be just fine! The view of the mountains is really nice and the area is close to lots of stores and restaurants. The office staff is extremely kind and will help you with anything you need. People do speed through here, so watch out! Maintenance requests are very easy to put in online but depending on the urgency, they won’t get to you for a little while.

The experience at Cortland Grand River Colorado Springs is spot on amazing customer service amazing maintenance service request handlers and amazing for parking lots for you and your guests dog park and great amenities, clubhouse pool phenomenal gym workstations with free Wi-Fi and so much more property has been upgraded and looks absolutely amazing.

I have lived in the Grand River apartments for about 8 months. I have been extremely satisfied with the staff and customer service. They are always polite, friendly, and helpful. Unlike many other apartments, Grand River provides a more "home-y" environmental experience with the developed trees and the surrounding grass between the separate buildings.

These apartments make me feel like I’m in a safe environment and they are very nice on the inside as well. I have lived here for almost 3 years and I really enjoy it. It’s also located in a great spot because we are within a 5 minute radius of most places in the Springs. It’s quiet, we are located right by the highway and academy and we hear nothing it’s amazing.

Fairly nice apartment but price is high for the amount of space that you get. The trash valet is great but they don’t pick up every night. The gyms are okay but constantly out of wipes to clean down machines. When I moved in, I surprised at the cleanliness of the washer and dryers in the apartment. Love how many plugs there are in the kitchen, I can plug in all my kitchen appliances. Having two sinks in the bathroom is awesome

The pictures of this complex, online or on the website are very deceiving. The apartments and buildings are really beat up. My unit specifically has floor boards that are lifting, the appliances are real beat up and scratched, and I’ve discovered mold in my bathroom. Anytime I come to management with concerns I feel like I get an eye role or I feel like I’m being a bother to them. The only good thing about this complex is that I do feel safe here and the view of the mountains is nice. Overall, I would look elsewhere, especially when it comes to how much they charge to live here on top of the horrible experience I’ve had and how beat up and not well taken care of everything is.

Grand River by Cortland is an excellent community. Tenants are quiet and respectful of privacy. The office team is great. All requests are taken care almost immediately. I have been a tenant for many years. A great asset of the complex is the quantity of trees. It seems that Grand River by Cortland is an oasis of greenery and peace.

This apartment complex is not recommended. Running water is a scarce resource here. I experience 2-4 days per week where no running water is available. Apartment management staff does not seem interested in fixing the issue.

Grand River has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The maintenace team is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. They are real wizards. The staff is very human, nice, understanding and compassionate.

Cortland Grand River is by far the most affordable luxury apartments you'll find in the Springs! The staff are fantastic, and the apartments are clean and well-kept. It's super refreshing finding an apartment complex that lives up to the "luxury" name without being wildly over-priced :)

I have been a Cortland Resident for almost three years. I have lived in Grand River in a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath. Currently, we live across the street at Cortland flats. What I love the most is that they use high quality materials in their units. Lighting, countertops, appliances, etc But truly what counts the most is the management- Sara, Kimberly, Nidiann, Bradi, and Brittany. They are professionals that are courteous, attentive and fun! Cortlands matienence crew are prompt and friendly. Very few issues in either of my units. Just small stuff like clogged toilet and filter changes. Cortland has outstanding amenities. The pools, hot tubs, grills, gyms, Elevate fitness classes PLUS all the fun events they plan for their community! So if your looking for apartment living on the north side of Colorado Springs, Cortland Grand River, you can definitely call HOME

I had a really great experience with CGR, this was my wife and I's very first apartment! It was nice and quiet. Just make sure to lock your cars at night because there's thieves running around checking to see if you leave your doors unlocked. Had my stuff inside the car stolen the first week I moved in but it was my fault because I forgot to lock it

My apartment feels safe, has nice views, good access/amenities for dog needs, and neighbors are nice and helpful. Because of the location, the immediate access to nearly every goods/ service I need is extremely nice also.

Thus far everything is just as I would expect it to be.
Maddison has very helpful and responsive since the first time we called to inquire. She checked in on us and got us all taken care of and then on move in day again she went above and beyond to make sure our new home was cozy and as perfect as could be. So far our whole experience has been amazing.
Ive really enjoyed living here! My apartment layout is perfect for me and the amenities are very modern. I feel a sense of security here which is very important for me, especially since I live alone with my dog.

really like everything about the apartment itself (modern amenities and mountain view) as well as the location of Cortland itself...The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Very quite community. The main lobby and "resort" pool area really nice. Also like the way parcel pick up is handled.
I love the style of these apartments, and the cleanliness the staff upholds in the community.
So happy me and my boyfriend chose Cortland Grand River. It exceeded our expectations and were so pleased with the customer service and how things are taken care of here
Great place to live, responsive and friendly staff and maintenance
Parking is awful, unless youre home before 5pm. Xeriscape is not pet friendly, people dont pickup after their pets waste, dogs are not interview before move in, aggressive dogs in premises, door latch for building was broken for months, leaving building unsecured.
My experience as a Cortland Grand River resident has been very positive! The staff is friendly, the facility is lovely and I enjoy the amenities!

I was looking for an apartment in Colorado Springs while I was still residing in South Carolina. After several hours of online researching I found myself continuously drawn back to the Cortland Grand River apartments. I love the proximity to all my favorite shopping and favorite restaurants. I also love how pet friendly this place is. It can be very risky shopping for an apartment and not be able to see it in person, but I have absolutely no regrets choosing Cortland Grand River apartments. Best apartment experience Ive had!
There are approximately 75 parking spots for 250 residents and Courtland had the audacity to close a parking lane by a garage that fit 7 cars for zero reason. They claimed it was a fire lane. Every lane in this apartment is marked as a fire lane. There are currently 69 mailboxes that are not receiving mail and Courtland did not even notify the residents. The apartment does not look like the website photos, they combine both complexes and take the highlights from them to create this grand living area in your head just to upcharge you once youre here. 10/10 would NOT recommend
This complex has good service, performs work promptly if work is needed. And ensures loving quality between tenneants. Also will work with situation lease wise so far. Have appreciated all contacts with the team and the help they provide.

I was new to the area and worked with Kathy. She was always available to talk, helpful, and knowledgeable. She made my move in process go smoother than any move I’ve ever had. Every time I come in the office she drops whatever she’s doing and helps me. She’s my go to!!! The apartments are clean, love the dog park, and great location as well.

Cortland Grand River is an excellent place to live. The apartment complex is clean, quiet, allows pets, has an extremely pleasant and helpful staff, and provides many different parking options. They also offer great amenities such as a very nice pool, gym (on the smaller side but does have a yoga room), dog park, and package delivery room.
I love living at Cortland. They are super helpful with anything I need, I feel safe here, and everything is clean and nice. I would recommend it!
Amazing customer service! Our home is everything we have wanted as far as amenities go! The apartment itself is beautiful and the dog park here has so much play room!
