I accompanied my girlfriend on a tour of the community with Denise, who was super courteous and knowledgeable. She showed us two homes and really made us feel at home. The community is beautiful and well-kept, and my girlfriend was so impressed she applied on the spot! She’ll be moving in very soon and will be closer to me. Highly recommend!

Cortland has been home for many reasons, not only the amenities, how clean the community is, quiet neighbors also, great location here in Deerfield we are the center of everything and that is dream come true when you need to jump on the highway, or gas station, supermarkets and even movie theaters. This location is so on point you can’t go wrong in choosing it. The building is new which makes living super comfortable and the management and maintenance team are always there to help you out with any issues or concerns.

Cortland Deerfield Station is convenient, well kept, has a very nice pool area, great pet policy, excellent maintenance response and with a great team at the front it makes it a pretty nice place to call home which I have for over 3 years now, renewing twice so far.

Great value for the money. Nothing around the Deerfield area comes even close. Elisha is also really great asset to the company. There’s a very nice pool, nice outdoor lounge chairs, a nice gym that’s open 24/7, and a side room to practice yoga / cycling. The maintenance team is amazing, and Kanisha is very helpful at the office. Would highly recommend this place.

Cortland is so beautiful I love the office staff is so friendly. Kanisha is a gem. Gym is so beautiful. I will be able to do all my workouts. Can’t wait to stay here with my husband and my 2 kids. My dog finally has a nice place to stay as well

This is such a beautiful community. It had such a great time touring with kanisha. She showed me the gem, the amenities and engage in the conversation so lovely. She did inform me a lot about Cortland as a brand it's good to know that a company cares so much about their residents. The office staff is super friendly. The pool, the gym. I absolutely love it here. I did a tour today with Kanisha. She was super friendly, very kind and answered all of my questions. The pool is beautiful. The gym is everything. Someone is looking forward to the outside is very clean and well-maintained. The best part is to finishes in the apartment very modern very updated and well kept. Maintenance is always on time and make sure all of my work orders is fixed if I ever have any questions everyone in the office is very attendant and the residents are immaculate. I am super happy to have the opportunity to enjoy the events Cortland properties offer to all their residents. Tonight we had the Spooktacular Bash with my neighbors. This Halloween party was amazing Cortland Deerfield Station stands out with its fantastic Kanisha is very great at her job amenities and welcoming community vibe. The apartment complex regularly organizes fun events, making it easy to connect with neighbors. Residents have access to a modern fitness center, a luxurious pool, and well-maintained common areas. The office staff are incredibly attentive and dedicated, providing excellent service to ensure residents feel right at home.

Kanisha is absolutely outstanding! I love this community. The resident events are absolutely fantastic. I LOVE The Customer service from the office and how attentive everyone is. I absolutely loved the fact that it has a lot of local attractions and amenities. Kanisha did amazing on the tour she was extremely informative and she also went and above to accommodate me. Very satisfied with management team, it is so rare to have responsive and friendly building management. But here at Cortland Deerfield I was never left alone with any issues regarding living experience, all requests are being answered very quickly and resolved in a timely and kind manner. Community itself is very clean, has a nice big parking and a lot of useful community services and areas. Very satisfied and feel here safe and welcomed.
Love living in Cortland. I am thrilled with my decision to live in this community. The overall experience has been fantastic, from the amenities to the friendly atmosphere.. I love all the events, especially fitness classes & Bingo nights, and love how management really cares about us.. highly recommend this community to all my friends and family..

Given the numerous incidents of car parts theft, bicycles ,night trafficking in the parking lot at night, people literally living in the pool area (homeless), due to the pedestrian gates always being open and broken and the car gates being almost always broken, I believe this community is truly unsafe for us adults and for our children. We will be leaving Cortland Deerfield Station as soon as possible. Management completely not responsive.

Cortland Deerfield Station is a great place to live! It feels like being on vacation. They have music playing at the pool all day, a beautiful lobby to work and have coffee or tea, a spotless gym with everything you need, and the staff is always responsive and friendly!
I recently attended a resident event with one of my friends who live at cortland Deerfield station! The event was so fun and the team was very welcoming! Glad to meet the community before deciding to move in. After the experience at the event, I decided to apply and will be moving in at the end of this month! I am super excited to see what cortland has to offer!

Just renewed my lease! Beautiful place, great staff/property management. Very happy with everything.
The property is well maintained, common areas/amenites are clean and usable as the maintenance team is awesome. Katrina, the property manager and Denise in the front office are both very approachable and always willing to help out with any issues that may arise. It is a pet friendly community which for me is mandatory. The apartment homes are very well mainatianed and "spotless" upon move in. I have been here over three years and I just signed my 3rd lease. Highly recommend Cortland Deerfield Station as a place to call home.

We recently stayed in the guest suite at Cortland Deerfield Station and we had such a great time! Our friends live there and have only had wonderful things to say about the community and the staff. Our check into the suite was smooth and the apartment was in an immaculate condition. Everything we needed was there! Such a special amenity and bonus that they offer. Extremely convenient and clean. We just booked another visit for May!

We moved in on end of February for the most beautiful place that we have seen in our entire life. The Cortland is by far, one of the best apartments that we looked , at the first sight we already knew : that’s it. Comfort, enjoyable, peaceful and beautiful. We loved it. And everything just happened because Denise, that didn’t save efforts to make this happen, and the all cortland team. Thank you guys!!

I been here close to 3 years living and my experience has been great with the staff and the maintenance team is always there to fix things either same day or next day. The staff is great and always works with me so far so happy here a great location as well near 95.
