What I like about the Cortland Bowery is that it’s conveniently located. It’s close to restaurants, downtown, Bayshore, stadium, St. Pete., etc. It’s also extremely pet friendly which I love. Lots of pets within the community. The only drawback is that the apartments are small & dark. You’re basically living in a gray box. All the walls, trims, doors & cabinet’s are grey. Also, although the complex was updated in 2018, it is already showing wear & tear. All the metal doors are rusted including all the hardware on the cabinets. The paint is cracked & the wood planks & concrete stairs around the property are worn. There is also a constant stream of creepy crawlies getting into the apartment like spiders, bugs, termites, etc. Overall it’s a decent property.

Since my wife and l been living her at Cortland Bowery we've been treated so well. From day 1. Joseph in the rental office omgosh he's really the Coolest ever. And Amir she's really an Angel and very very understanding. Honestly everyone on the Team are Amazing, just recently meet Mrs.Diane and she fit right in. We Love it!!! Polite and very helpful. We've been here 15months and just renewed our lease and was Pleased to do so for another 13 months. We love all the events you have going on and the different food trucks. The Sip and paint was GREAT! My wife and i had a Great time!! Thank you again! You guys are stuck with us here at Cortland Bowery. And most of all my place of employment is only 12 mins away my reason for moving up this way. AND I DON'T REGRET IT! Thank you All for welcoming us and treating us so well. My roommate and I toured several nearby apartments before Cortland - including the newer cortland property immediately north - and this is just the perfect balance. It's an older property but they've done a great job of upgrading all of the amenities - especially the gym and community areas. The management team has been excellent so far, as well- Talia was awesome with the tour and move-in process. Overall, very satisfied with moving here and definitely recommend.

All the staff at the Bowery have been kind, caring, welcoming, friendly, thorough and responsive. Our apartment was so clean and well-prepared when we moved in, practically like new. It’s a beautiful community with fantastic amenities and service. Maintenance is always prompt and professional. I have a lovely view of a pond with birds from my home office, and I love walking out on the nature trail to see the birds and sunset over Tampa Bay. The two pools are so picturesque with the palm trees and fountain feature. The kayak launch option is awesome and the gym is great for cardio and weight lifting. I also love the resident socials they hold and have made friends at them. The location is also ideal, a short drive to downtown Tampa and the airport, close to the Gandy to get over to St. Pete pretty quickly. I'm thankful to call Cortland Bowery home.

We’ve lived at Bowery for 3 years and we love it! Lots of greenery and fun complex events. Our pup loves the dog park too. Sandra worked with us when we wanted a change of scenery within the complex. She personally picked our unit and we couldn’t love it more. She understood what we wanted in a new unit and she delivered. Thank you!!

Moving to Cortland Bowery has been one of the BEST decisions I have ever made! The units themselves are the perfect size to meet my needs, and the community itself is extremely welcoming. The staff take great care in ensuring that residents have a positive experience by hosting fun resident events, providing free group exercises classes where you can meet new people, and even enjoy a delicious meal from a local food truck almost every week! However, my favourite part of Cortland Bowery is the gazebo on the water, where you can catch some of the best sunsets!

Maintenance is great, washer was leaking in our bathroom and Nate came after hours to look at it and then worked hard to figure out and fix our problem. The front office has been nothing but amazing. There’s weekly food trucks, the dog park is huge and turfed. The only issues I have had is there’s no bedroom light in the 1/1 and the mosquitos

Amazing community ! Great location calm and quiet at night. And it’s safe. There’s always food trucks and community events, two pools that always have someone playing music and making it a great time ! Highly recommend.

Stunning location on Tampa Bay. The sunsets over the bay each night that you can enjoy from the nature walk gazebos are unreal. Feels like living in a nature preserve. With 2 resort style pools and other amenities, this community is like living at a comfortable resort. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help.

For me Cortland Bowery has been my home for over 11 years and the staff have been wonderful. I would invite anyone to come by and check out this lovely living community. The community welcomes singles, newly weds, families, and seniors. There is something always going on that may interest you. Bowery Bayside has been fantastic to live at! Speedy maintenance service, clean pools, and great local shop to eat at right inside the complex. The leasing office has always been very helpful and happy to help with whatever needs I’ve had. Highly recommend!

I love our new home at Cortland Bowery. The staff and other residents are friendly. I have a dog so it's nice to meet so many other dog owners here. The amenities are great, too.

I love living here at my rate. Everyone is lovely including neighbors, I feel so safe and it’s quiet. Beautiful homes and views. I really appreciate this place and have turned it into my home
Honestly my roommate were questioning the paper thin walls. It was sometimes very hard to get a good night sleep for people who were not deep sleepers. We could hear everything our neighbors were doing up stairs and we didn't want to complain because its not their fault.
I had a leak from my fridge and when i noticed it i made a request on the app. the team was at my front door the next morning, hours after making the request and had the leak fix and everything put back together within 20 mins. Very timely, professional, and quality work. 5 stars!
We are so happy in our new apartment at Bowery Bayside. The location is great, easy access to both Pinellas County and Tampa, plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options close by. Our apartment is large, with a great floor plan and plenty of storage. The staff is friendly and helpful and the property well maintained. It is a very dog friendly community, I enjoy walking my dog and meeting all the other dog owners. But my favorite part is the natural setting. We have two nature trails that lead out to the Bay. Our pavilion on the water is a relaxing place to unwind. You can launch your paddleboard or kayak right from the property. I often see a pair of falcons and last week there was a roseate spoonbill feeding in the duck pond. Living here makes me very happy.
Bowery Bayside is an awesome community that really helped me love Tampa more. It always feels safe, and there is a good mix of young professionals and families. There are many opportunities to spend time outside (pools, walking trail, dog park, etc.) but I also love my apartment. I do think the apartments are a tad bit small and can get dark sometimes so a lot of lighting is necessary, but other than that, they are great. The location is very nice and everyone is friendly.

Weve only been here for a short time but we love the amenities - the market and outdoor spaces make it so we dont leave the proper very often on the weekends and are able to really relax in our down time!
Great complex. Gym is nice. Dog park is big enough for several dogs to play at once. Multiple pools and great views of the water.
It's a pretty nice place and area, very homey, absolutely no security but if that's not a concern this is definitely a place to look at

It's a pretty community and very peaceful and quiet. I enjoy living here and if they could improve their maintenance staff they would get a 10/10 from me.
I think what makes living at Bowery Bayside a comfortable experience is the staff and management. They are great at keeping you up-to-date with events or community-wide concerns, as well as helping you when you call them. The maintenance team is very nice and helpful, too!
Bowery Bayside is an excellent apt complex. Upscale apartments, top notch amenities including two resort style pools, newer two story fitness complex, waterfront living and excellent maintenance and customer service.
I have lived here for 4 years and I have truly enjoyed my time here. I would stay if I wasn't moving out of state in March. I will miss it dearly when I leave.
