Cortland Beer Creek is probably the most well maintained and beautiful property I think I've ever lived at. There are lots of features, like a world class weight room and pool area (with multiple grills, by the way). The landscaping is supreme! There are trees all over the place! It's gorgeous. The maintenance guys are fantastic! The best in any place I've ever lived! If you put in a work order for something, it will absolutely be handled! If there is one negative thing I would mention, it's the parking. I hate it. There are too many people with multiple cars that just sit there taking up space, never being driven. And if you work even slightly late, you'll have a hard time finding a spot to park. Just thought I would mention that, it IS important! But everything else is great!

We moved here after looking at dozens of other communities. The office staff and community were a huge draw for us. For a large property, the community feels small and is surprisingly quiet considering proximity to the highway and airport. I have to reiterate, the office staff is simply great.

This community should not be considered or priced as "Luxury". It was remodeled from an older community and proper care was not taken to ensure that the units are sound-proof, well-lit, and with properly functioning fixtures like toilets and lighting. The maintenance team is attentive and helpful; however they are limited in their ability to fix the issues resulting from poor construction. The quality of the units does not reflect the high rental rates.

Beautiful property, well-maintained customer service pays attention to detail and it’s very friendly and welcoming and peaceful here and the staff is like no other and then maintenance crew like no other. It’s a perfect 10 in my opinion.

Love love love my community! Amazing office Management Team are Rock Stars, Trish, Sabrina, Makayla, and the young man can’t rmbr his name but he’s a sweetheart! Lol. Id like it if they took care of the grounds more (the dead and fallen trees) it's gross to look at and dangerous around my apartment. There's fallen trees I've reported 6 months ago. The maintenance is great but when I moved to a new unit they dismissed all the issues that I brought up when I moved in and half-fixed all of them. All 3 techs said they'd be back with replacement equipment but never came back and closed out the ticket without fixing the issue fully

Live, Laugh, Love it here!
Honestly this is a the most amazing place I’ve stayed at. The apartments are spacious and the property is well kept! All of the staff are amazing and so great to talk to. Sometimes I enjoy coming down just to chat with everyone! The pool and gym are huge perks! Trish, Sabrina, Makayla, Adrayan, Richard, Tone, Mack, and Santos you guys are amazing and thank you for making this property feel like home!

Cortland at Bear Creek is an excellent community to call home. It has newly renovated units, a garage assigned to many of its units, spacious floor plans, numerous amenities, two onsite pools, full size workout facility, a designated room with a fireplace to host private events right off the second pool-site, and a great group of staff supervised by a superb management team.

I am a new resident and really enjoy living here. I came from another state and pretty much rented my unit sight unseen. The office staff was so helpful- answering all my questions and helping me secure the floor plan I wanted - all on the phone. it was pretty stressful but the office staff always helped me when I had questions. The property is beautiful- Always clean and landscaped beautifully. I feel like I’m living on a resort property. The pool is gorgeous and the workout rooms have everything you would need. I don’t even need to join a gym as I get a thorough workout with their fitness rooms. It is very quiet even though close to the airport. Occasionally I hear airplanes, but that doesn’t really bother me. It’s not crazy loud. I like that I’m close to Bear Creek Park where there are bike, walking paths and an amphitheater. I’m close to many highways so I can get anywhere quickly. The tenants I have met as very nice. This is a great property. I’m pretty satisfied here.

These apartments are very well built-if you live on the top floor. We only share one wall and I never hear my neighbors. The upgrades are very nice but a few details have been overlooked. Like leaving old toilets in these beautifully upgraded units. They used glue to glue down the floor and that glue seeped through the slats causing sticky issues for a few months. I feel generally safe here except when our pool/s fill up with people who don’t live here. They have tried to pass out wrist bands and sent out communication to a lot each resident 2 pool gusts but people just do whatever they want. The pools fill up with some roust people and make using the pools un-enjoyable. We have to pay for trash service yet we don’t have valet trash BUT your rent does include covered parking. They are always quick to respond to repairs needed and everyone that works here is very friendly.

One of the best places to live!
Literally one of the best apartments that I’ve stayed in here in Dallas! They office staff is incredible and are very interactive. I have not experienced any issues with the complex since moving in. If you’re looking for a great place to live that is surrounded by beautiful scenery and parks, this is a great place for you. Makayla is the best leasing agent EVER! It is such a positive experience with Makayla ??

Home Sweet Home
I have lived here for two years. Hands down the best apartments ever! This community is well taken care of. They keep it clean and pretty. Yes it is off the highway and close to the airport but honestly, you don’t hear that much noise. It’s pretty quiet. A lot of apartments have a high turn over rate of office staff, but not this place. I am greeted by the same friendly faces in the office every time I go in. Trish, Sabrina, and McKayla are AMAZING. They are always planning community events and having food trucks come. They are great at communicating with you. If you leave a voicemail you can assure they will call you back the same day. They really do go above and beyond to make this a great community. Ever had an issue with apartment maintenance staff? Well you won’t find that here. Their maintenance crew is the best I have ever seen. They are incredible and they work hard! They do not take days to come fix your issue or do band aid fixes. They are friendly and efficient. The community is well kept and they do routine maintenance regularly. Couldn’t ask for a better team. Can we talk about upgrades? I have lived in apartments where their “upgrades” were painting cabinets brown. These upgrades are ACTUAl upgrades. Brand new stainless steel appliances, real granite countertops, beautiful new white cabinets, no carpet in site! They really took their time making these units look great! It’s a wonderful place to call home. I won’t lie, parking can be a bit of an issue. But if parking is my only complaint I am fine with that. The staff and community make up for it. You’d be crazy to not want to live here!

Great apartments
This is a very neat apartment complex. It has the smooth minimalistic design of modern Cortland properties combined with just classy and elegant art reflected throughout the property and amenities. The staff under Trisha’s leadership is very attentive and courteous displaying a good sense of urgency taking care of resident needs, overall building appearance and maintenance. I recommend this place specially to those who need of DFW airport but don’t want to live under the tune of a plane engine.

Cortland Bear Creek is more than just a property it is a community!! The office staff goes out of their way to make your experience comfortable and fun! Sabrina is amazinggg!! Property is very very well kept!! Staff is very compassionate and understanding and they make you feel right at home!! Maintenance is quick to respond if you should ever need them! Property is gated and secure and very quiet. Great parking options (covered and gated) and perfect access to attractions! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Love it! Love it!
I’ve been at Cortland for over 4 years now. I love it here, nice clean and quiet. The office staff Trish, Sabrina are always so welcoming. The maintenance crew if you ever need them reply to your work order same day or within 24hr. This is the Best place to live this side of Heaven ??

Best Community In Euless
I've lived here for 5yrs. I've absolutely loved it. The property is always well managed. Maintenance does a great job with completing maintenance orders. Leasing staff/management is always on point with concerns. It's just overall a nice place to reside. Hopefully I'll be here for a 6th year.

Very clean and friendly beautiful community. Staff is superb and maintenance employees as well. Location location is perfect, close DFW int’l main airport, and suburb’s, everything is less than a 10 or 15 minute drive to restaurants and retail shops! Hospitals and schools close in proximity.
