Corte Bella

Corte Bella at first was genuinely a very enjoyable place to live. Other than a few minor things I consider it to be a nice complex. However over the last year there’s been a noticeable decline in overall experience and service. The complex is lacking in updated repairs such as single pane windows for all units despite being on or directly near busy streets. No central air conditioning, unfinished and cramped garage units. Cheap and unfinished materials in apartment units. Price increases in renting and misc. fees/requirements are not accurately calculated for what you’re receiving from the complex in terms of the units, amenities, and services. Too expensive for a complex that has outdated buildings, cramped/unfinished spaces, and staff that seems solely focused on finding petty excuses in order to gouge you for fees and more money. Instead of offering solutions or help to tenants they rather fine you and get you off their back as quickly as possible.There seems to be a lack of organization with this corporation regarding policy changes, communication with tenants, and problem solving. Despite being here for almost three years now, there is no relationship building or connecting with residents and staff. Possibly due to the constant change of staff members. There has not been any sign of future unit upgrades. Constant issues with the laundry rooms, water and insulation, and upkeep of property. There has been multiple incidents of overcharging and being charged twice for utilities. Or charges for utilities from a few months back will not appear until later on. The transition from active building to loft has caused a lot of issues including being unable to access the portal all together or having your account deleted. Upon moving here, the upside to Corte Bella was its location, neighbors are pretty easy to get along with and respectful, not to loud and overall a safe place. Inside the units are generally nice in terms of aesthetics. The indoor washer and dryer are a big plus but they are a little small. Single car garage is ok however it’s extremely cramped and unfinished. Since moving in rent has gone up almost 400$, and that’s a significant increase which adds up over time, and despite the increase in price there has not been any changes.

Overall nice community and location. I've witnessed several management and maintenance changes over the years. Always professional though. I wish there was a way to give long time renters such as myself a huge break on the Rent Increases. I understand the all the red tape involved but that would be nice.

A quiet Garden setting, master planned community with friendly staff, well maintained community

A master plan community, lots of greens, lot of privacy. Community patio and pool areas are well maintained and provide a place to get to know your neighbors. Lovely Grounds, friendly staff

I have lived in this condominium for 4 years. However, in recent years it has been forgotten by management and is very dirty and has no rules. think carefully before renting. Vacancies are increasingly difficult to find.

I’ve been here in Corte Bella since 2014, but ever since 2020 the apartment complex has not been the same, there’s no security, the parking is a big issue, cars are getting broken into, neighbors are always fighting out loud or playing music loud till 3 o’clock in the morning, dogs being left out in the balcony all day barking like crazy every minute, children and teenagers running and yelling around the building, or on their skateboards without supervision, not enough light around the complex, the entryway to each duplex is filthy including the staircase and the rocks underneath the staircase which never gets clean and is full of trash. The dumpsters are always overflowing and there’s always trash all over the floor around the dumpsters which is only bringing rats to the building. All these issues have been brought up to management in the past and present in many occasions, and to this day nothing has been done. The only good thing that has happened in this complex since 2014 is the fact that I got new windows however, my patio door is still the old same door which is full of mold and old glue which comes from the bottom of the floor next to the patio glass door, and is rusty. I have asthma and mold is definitely not good for me, but I’ve been told that I need to wait, I guess 10 years waiting it’s not enough time.

Extremely professional staffing personnel. Maintenance issues are quickly resolved. Valet trash service is convenient. Parking is always a challenge but, doable.

A friendly but private community close to schools and major grocery stores. Open community that has the feeling of a gated community without any gates. Overall a safe place for families, couples, or individuals.

My move in experience was excellent at Corte Bella! I moved from out of state and Jorden made sure to make things easy and communicate step by step in the process. She was also so kind to my elderly father, the reason I am moving back home. Marco and Adrien In maintenance are excellent and so friendly! They resolve any issues immediately! All of my neighbors in my court yard are so friendly, welcoming and love living here. I’ve never lived in a place where I felt so immediately at home and safe, even walking my dogs at midnight. Definitely staying put for a while.

Corte Bella apartments have been amazing so far for me. The management team is top notch and is very accommodating of requests and responsive to questions.

I have lived in Corte Bella going on three years and enjoy it. The management is responsive. The maintenance team is helpful. The community is beautiful and filled with greenery. I love my home.

I really like the green scenery, and the trees around the appartment. The place is very peaceful.  However, I have only been in this place for less than a month, so it is too early to tell my experience at the community.  I hope to talk more next time

Just moved in and I can say this place isn’t any better than any apartment I’ve rented. Such a joke. Worst customer service. Can’t get a hold of anyone at the front office for any maintenance issues.

My bf and I just moved in and everything is great minus a few maintence issues. Staff is amazing. Community and neighbors are great! We love it here so far!

There should be a person cleaning the grounds regularly, when I first moved here about 4 years ago there was. Sadly the upkeep here has really gone downhill sense the change in ownership.

I enjoy living here for the most part. The landscape is gorgeous. I love all the trees. The apartment renovations are really nice and love the vaulted ceiling of second floor. Bianca is an excellent manager and returns emails and calls promptly to have so many units to manage. I do wish the windows would be updated. They let all the cold air in and keep all the heat in. Winters and summers are hard. I have been here two years and just renewed for a third.

We recently moved in and love living here at CB! This is our first apartment on our own and so far we are enjoying it. We have a beautiful newly renovated unit with W/D. A few hiccups but the leasing office and crew went above and beyond to ensure they cared.

Made the whole moving process easy. Great team in the office. Answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. Great job!

I like Corte Bella and it is a nice place to live!!!!!!!!!!

Corte Bella Apartments are luxurious, spacious, and home feeling. It provides all necessities and all the space needed. I am very pleased with the move and will enjoy living here for the time being. As a side note: I looked at, I would say roughly, 80 apartments and Corte Bella easily is the best overall.

I have lived here for a few years. My lease expires soon and I was frustrated that I could not find anything comparable for the price. I contacted Bianca, she showed me a unit with my coveted washer/dryer in the unit at a great price, and available during my move timeframe. She went above and beyond (again) to accomodate her tenant and I am beyond grateful!!!

Everyone in this complex is beyond friendly including staff and residents both. Corte Bella is an apartment complex that feels like home.

Regarding some minor issues might have, Corte Bella is the best apartments in Fountain Valley. Safe, near schools and free way, very friendly staffs, great manager, parking, cleaning.

Corta Bella is a "nice place to live!" This apartment community has updated apartments, friendly neighbors, and a caring, involved management who are working hard to make an enjoyable living experience. I am glad I found this place to live.

The front office and maintenance staff along with all of the amenities make Corte Bella the best apartment home Ive ever lived in.

If you want to live in Fountain Valley area, this is the apartments I am highly recommended. Friendly staffs, good parking, issues or concerns will be addressed immediately. Great manager. Clean and pet friendly.

Attentive office staff and manager. Maintenance issues handled quickly. Manicured grounds. Safe and open areas to walk pets. Garage is a plus.

Really enjoy living here, management is awesome and the grounds are kept up nice. Beware of trash valet! You are charged twice for trash service. Other than that great place!

Corte Bella Property management is responsive and show concern whenever we need help. The maintenance team is always courteous and provide help and suggestions.

Best costumer service and great staff

Corte Bella is a very nice place to live in Fountain Valley. Security, courtesy, friendly, cleanly, parking area, the looking from your place, pools always clean, and close by free way, school and shopping. The only negative I may have is the cost of lining in these apartments a little bit high for some.

Used to be nice place to live and likely to refer to friends, no longer referring. Too many changes in the last few years, the valet trash service is unfair and takes advantage of the tenant. The neighbor noise complaint has not been taken care of.

Theres fees that we have to pay for services we dont need !
