Corona Del Vista is a great value for congenial seniors
I have been involved in businesses related to mobile homes for over 30 years and I have lived in several different mobile home parks for over 5 years. I find CDV ideal for me. The residents are active in self management to ensure that they have more than sufficient amenities for a very reasonable HOA fee. Utility services and roadways have been recently upgraded. Residents are extremely friendly and outgoing. The area is extremely peaceful with major shopping less than a mile away. Owning the land on which the Park is built is a valuable plus - no "mean/greedy landlord" to increase the rent! Appreciation has been excellent over the last 2 years.
