The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Corinth Ave. Apartments
I love living here. The building is so quiet, it’s clean as cleaners come every week and the onsite building manager is the best! I’m honestly baffled by the negative reviews. It’s the cheapest building in the area for what you get (secured parking, secure entry, balcony, large apartment, elevator, etc). Any requests for maintenance are taken care of either immediately or by the next day. My cat loves living here as well. She loves the window sills and everyone who says hi to her as they walk by. I plan on staying here until I can afford to get a place on my own or need to move out of Los Angeles. The area around it is pretty quiet. There’s always going to be homeless but things get cleaned up quickly and they keep to themselves.
Thanks to Google buying the mall nearby, the rent for this building has become out of touch with what it's worth cost-wise to live here. There are buildings five minutes east of here that are newer, with amenities and newly renovated apartments, for much cheaper and they are also not going to keep your deposit for "cleaning" when you left a professionally cleaned apartment, as was done to us. The washing machines are old and rickety and destroy your clothing, and that is when they are even able to be used. They also charge more now for laundry than they did before when aagain, just five minutes east are buildings with in-unit washer and dryer for less. The owner of this building is delusional if she thinks that pricing her tenants out of the building in favor of rowdy students is a good idea. Do not sign a lease here!
When I was looking for apartments online I saw a listing for this building and the 4.8 star review and decided that that was a pretty high rating. Later on when coming to write my own (scathing) review I read through the handful on here and realized I should have clicked on them and gone through them properly before signing. I have several complaints that are ever adressed and the rent price is way too high for what you're getting. I will always always read reviews before signing a lease in the future
Every single one of my repair requests has been ignored since I moved in. There is man on the third floor who has begun to rescue neighborhood squirrels on his balcony and I am concerned it is becoming a problem for the whole building as they are now treating the powerlines + our balconies as their own personal roadways. My cat has started itching and scratching to the point where I now wonder if she has some kind of mite infestation from being on our balcony

Please let me know what unit you are in so we can make sure your repair requests are addressed. Thank you.
DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS BUILDING! I moved out 3 months after signing my lease because of how shoddily run the building is. My first month I lived there I already knew I had made a mistake, nothing gets fixed. The pipes in the building are so old that the water temperature changes spontaneously throughout and when I put in a repairs request was simply told "the pipes are old ad need to be changed". Ok? So change them instead of scalding your tenants!
Don’t live here. The owner of the building Cheaps out on everything. Cuts corners on all maintenance. They will raise the rent but never do anything about improving the space. Laundry machines are shared and have not been serviced in years it seems, despite the price to do laundry in the building going up. Caretaker of building is nice but not enough that it makes up for having to live here
