Property Ratings at Core Natomas
One of the nicest apartment complex I have lived in so far. Good location and quick access to grocery stores, restaurants, etc; as well as close access to city center. The amenities of this community are fantastic and well maintained. The property management is very friendly and maintains very good communication with frequent updates.
It's fine if you're on the top floor. I would not recommend moving here if you will have neighbors above you. That being said, the apartments are nice, we love the appliances, location, and amenities offered. Parking can be a nightmare if you have more than one vehicle and get here after 8pm.

The building looks nice but the management is horrible. Poor service and a staff there once told me she is doing me a favor by helping me when I had a question considering the fact that I pay my bills to live there.

Upon move in everything was great as far as communication with the leasing office agents. I love the look of my place but unfortunately I wouldn’t advise that you move to anything that’s lower then the 3rd floor. the walls are paper thin. You can hear every footstep a person takes. The leasing office no longer answers the phone with the new management company and they put extra charges on your monthly rent which makes no sense. You have to wait 3-6 months to hopefully move your unit which is unfortunate. I was told the 1 bedrooms comes with free garage but now it’s $150 a month. The apartment complex is nice but can be noisy on the outside but the looks of it are amazing. No rodents or bugs from what I see. The Maintenance crew is also really good with communication. I hope the leasing office can do better their communication, it seems that their main focus is getting you to sing the lease and they drop professionalism.

I enjoy living at The Core. The staff does a great job of keeping the complex clean and maintenance is super responsive to requests, the best I've experienced at any apartment complex. Other tenants can be a bit loud on the weekends, but for the most part it's a fairly quiet complex. Parking can be challenging if you're not home by 8pm. The units themselves and the amenities are very nice.

I scheduled a tour for 1:30 pm. The appointment was confirmed through email from the property. However, when I arrived no one was present at the leasing office. I waited for more than 35 minutes, but still no show. I tried calling, but the mailbox was full and no one answered. Emailed them twice and got no answer. It was very unprofessional scheduling an appointment and letting me wait for so long.

I rate everything about the complex the staff the community everything like 100 stars plus lol it’s amazing
Not worth the price you pay. People who don’t live here are able to come and use all the facilities and ruin it for you and your family. The loud music and amount of people that gather outside your apartments is like living in a hotel. This is not resort style living , this is more like living at your local motel 6 just paying high resort prices. The apartments are nice inside. Management is nice to talk with but still not a resort style living.
I love it here! I have never met or experienced such amazing and caring leasing staff. They are friendly and personable; rent is extremely reasonable for the luxurious quality and location. Words cannot describe how please I am with the Core Natomas!

Beautiful new apartment homes but that’s where the luxury stops.
My experience is that we moved here and it was very nice back in 2021 and now it’s quality is suffering. From the broken equipment in the gym, the broken equipment in the club house , the fact that my car was broken into and the noise level after the pool has closed is still a big issue. I cannot open my windows at night most night because it’s too loud to sleep. The worst part is the apartments community has become worse and maintenance is worse but you have increased our cost by 10%. It’s become 50% worse around here but you are charging us more?
I appreciate the amenities that the apartment has to offer. I also love how easy it is to reach out to an office member and get an issue resolved.
