When Cordova began around 1830, it was a small farming village on the east side of Memphis. Today, it's still on the east side, but much of the town has been annexed by Memphis. Cordova begins on the east side of Shelby Farms Park and follows I-40 east to about Fisherville. The Wolf River runs along the south side. Shelby Farms Park provides a terrific outdoor space, covering 4,500 acres and including bicycle and horseback riding trails, playgrounds, lakes and the river for fishing, the Shelby Farms Dog Park, and the Go Ape adventure center.
Ideally located, Cordova is fast-growing due to its natural beauty and its proximity to Downtown Memphis. Cordova pairs historic sites such as the Walter Granville Allen House and Sangie Cemetery with modern amenities and convenient shops and restaurants. I have only been here for a couple of weeks but I don't have any complaints. I had a few problems that needed to be fixed when I did my walk through and Lakesha made sure that it was fixed immediately. Maintenance fixed everything quickly and was very professional.

The intake process was smooth . Staff is very knowledgeable & to my perception straightforward about leasing contract . Maintenance is responsive. I get stuff fixed the same day off . The environment is quiet and reserved . The neighbors are nice as well . Haven’t endured any crime while living here. First apartment, I love everything about it . From the interior to the exterior. Was the best decision I’ve made moving here . I definitely recommend theses apartments to anyone :)

Raggedy, old, and outdated. The flooring in the apartment above me needs serious work done. Anytime the people upstairs walk, there is an unbearable loud, creaky noise throughout the entire apartment. There is a serious issue with the floorboards and the apartments won't do anything about it. It sounds like the ceiling is gonna fall in. I can hear EVERYTHING from the upstairs neighbor. I hear their conversations, coughing, laughing, sneezing. toilet flushing, water running, phone ringing. Whatever they do, I hear it. Move elsewhere if u want privacy and a peace of mind. U won't find that in Memphis though, so just do yourself a favor and leave this raggedy city.

The apartments are too small. AC units, vents, and ducts are bad. There are too many break ins in the parking lot. It is way too expensive when you are dealing with all of that. Don’t move here.

Krodolfo Creek is a nice property it is maintained for the it is maintained for the most part it is a nice and quiet community however all property have their issues but those issues can be fixed with communicating your thoughts and feelings and opinions about where we live to our property manger. I have been here for 7 years and I like the property. It is a good place to live and it can be even better with a strong management team and the help of our community residents.

Maintenance does an excellent job. My problem is animal control. We have been experiencing some type of animals moving or running around in our bedroom walls for over three months. I have not even able to get a good night sleep. Otherwise the apartments are great.

I've been a resident at Cordova Creek for over 16 years. I have seen a lot of changes in management but I have to say that the staff here at this time are the best. I honestly wish I could sign a 20 year lease!!! The grounds are immaculate and the community areas are always clean.

Neighbors are extremely rude in how loud they are at all times, and if you talk to the office about it, even several times, they do nothing about it because they only care about the money. The drivers are rude as well. Water tastes terrible and has black particles inside of it. No security.

Moving in the Cordova Creek Apartments was the BEST decision Ive ever made. The area is quiet, the grounds are clean, the neighbors are nice. Tori made my moving process VERY easy. The staff there are very caring and super nice. Makes me feel right at home!

It is okay. It needs an upgrade to the exterior of the overall property. Not exciting as it use to be when I first moved here 4 years ago.
Cordova Creeks is in the center of everything convenient. Management is understanding and provides great service to the residents. I don't request much maintenance but the maintenance team is reliable and hard working. I'm going on my second year here and have very little complaint, but if there was an issue to be resolved it is well taken care of. I have lived in a townhome and am now in a one bedroom apartment to fit my needs. I don't hear my neighbors and most times we are all respectful of each other's space. The neighborhood is well kept and residents are reminded to do their part to keep clean. I am satisfied with my decision to stay here and would recommend it for anyone else.
