Poor property management, generally conflictive for some reason. hallways always dirty. They have improved picking up the consistent trash hanging around the lawns of the property within the past few years which is a plus.Have done a good job maintaining the pool as well. Hallways smell, have raised rent prices disproportionately to the amount of maintenance / renovations. General maintenance requests done by team when they desire. In addition, have had 2 experiences where they will delete payment method done by team, and will provide a 3 day notice to begin eviction. Have lived here for years and am on direct deposit, no issues on my end with billing. Could be a cash grab for them to charge late fees.

These apartments are not great. They allow smoking in all units unfortunately, so the hallways and rooms always reek of week and cigarettes. It’s disgusting. Leasing office says there is “nothing they can do” about long term ongoing odor disturbances from neighbors, even despite informing them it is a health risk. I would suggest leasing elsewhere, somewhere cleaner and where they value your health and well being.

Very very horrible management. I do not recommend moving in this building. They never answer the phone. They're hours on the website is a lie. It seems no one is in the office when you need to see them about an issue in your home. A very inconvenient place to stay. I wouldn't do it. I'm so happy I'm finally moving out of this place. Worst experience ever in my life.

Units are very dirty, lighting is awful, hallways smell like cigarettes and weed. Leasing office is unkind and extremely unhelpful.

Our buildings and elevators are cleaned 5 days a week. However, if you notice anything between cleanings, please let us know so we can remedy the situation. We are very excited to note that the lobby furniture, flooring, walls, lighting, etc. will all be updated.
This building complex has a great property manager, Blazine who genuinely cares for her renters She is extremely understanding and helps you get what you are seeking in an apartment. Maintenance folks are equally good and trustworthy. Certainly a nice place to rent. This place is close to all key stores and within walking distance. Love this place and do check it out

I think that this place is amazing. The floors are cement floors so it makes it extremely quiet. They also have very thick firewalls between each apartment, so if you're looking for a quiet apartment this is it! Everyone in the office is super welcoming and helpful. Any complaints that I had about my apartment, they were fixed within the same day or 24 hours. The hallways kinda smell/look a little funny, and it doesn't really have great curb appeal, but once you see the units your mind completely changes about the place! There is also so much to do surrounding the area. Target, Starbucks, Chickfila... Whatever you can think of, it's there and it's in walking distance! Amazing place to live!

I moved here last year in July and I love it here. The staff is great and the apartment is really nice. Always helpful I haven't had any problems. I plan to stay here until I buy a house.

I moved here in Sept. of 2014. The management and workers are very nice and helpful. They take wonderful care of the property, it is always clean. Within walking distance of shopping and restaurants.
