The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at CopperCreek
I am signing my 2nd year lease for these apartments. Living in Coppercreek is a great place to live. There are quite a few seniors which is wonderful as the apartments are very quiet. These are not the newest, most modern apartments, but they are comfortable, large and nice. Rent is reasonable. Debbie, the office manager is friendly and does a great job. Maintenance has a lot to be desired as currently there is not a maintenance person on site at this time. Washers and dryers are in every apartment. All in all Coppercreek is a great place to live.
