Property Ratings at Copper Ridge
January - july 2023 Bats have been entering my apartments from time to time ( at least 4 times for sure ) The office really not helpful , they gone say that’s not something you can break the lease for !! The gate NEVERRRREDDDD work , people can come as they please , the pool never was open , kids park need to be redone ! Kids sit on the curves /end of the road and play because of that issue ! Copper ridge is a 1/10 for me ! And I stayed there for 2 years ! I can go on and on ! Police have to be call out every 2 weeks for some foolishness
I currently stay here from 2020 until now AND SINCE DAY ONE. This place has been horrible. Building 33,34, and many more are infested. People steal all day. Maintenance lie and say the did their job by coming in and fixing things when they have not. During the winter the pipes bust and there is literally human poop and toilet paper on the ground around building 33 and they do not cross it off I’ve watched CHILDREN fall in this mess. They do not care about safety ppl walk around here wit huge guns no type of coverings or holsters on them it’s just horrible I’m so happy that I’m leaving VERY soon and if I was you I’ll run far away from this place cuz what I stated wasn’t even half of it.
I don’t know about everyone else’s experience but as of 2020 to now these apartments are not safe. They steal, they are loud and rude here. If u come and just ride around the complex trust u will know what I mean. Parking is horrible and ppl in the office are horrible don’t do it. Trust me I can wait to move out of here this has been the worst experience in my life and on top of that they have so many abandoned units and units falling apart it’s ridiculous.
I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The finishes are top-notch and management is responsive. The area is very central and location is way beautiful.
These apartments are simply amazing! They made the entire application and move in process super easy. They were always available to answer all of the questions I had and prompt in returning any call/emails. I'm looking forward to living here as long as I have my job in this city.

I came in to see this apartment and I was amazed with the warmth welcome I received. I truly felt welcomed and appreciate the attention to detail of wanting to know what I was looking for. My favorite part of the apartment was the balcony with the beautiful view.
This apartment is BE-A-U-TI-FUL. One of their staff members showed us the apartments. Very informative around the area. I am looking to move here around end of the summer.
Inquired about an apartment home and spoke with one of their receptionist. She was very knowledgeable and I could tell she was Genuine about helping me not just “looking for a sale" like some other apartments I've inquired at. She really helped me and told me all the pros and cons of these apartments. Considering all these, I concluded them as one of the best I have seen so far.
We lived here when they were newly made and it really was the best apartment complex we could have wanted. Our daughter was born here so we have like a lot of memories here. Complex is simple, modern and a touch minimalist. Staff was also amazing and the maintenance staff was really helpful. If we ever move back to renting, we will go back here.
I am living at Copper Ridge apartments since last September. Great amenities, quiet neighborhood, and administrative staff that's always welcoming and quick to address any issues. Price is incredibly reasonable as well! I just love living here.
The Apartment complex is clean and very well kept. Location is ideal if you are working nearby or even at a short distance. Roof terrace and entrance landscape is beautiful. Management is very helpful and provides you with all the best facilities.
These are definitely one of the best living experiences I've ever had. These are located in a nice part of the city, at a very beautiful location. The management team here is also incredible! They are extremely responsive and always make an effort to be helpful. I will only suggest this apartment if you wish to live in this area.
If you like mess stress and drama then move here and be on a senseless roller coaster
Not a good place to stay. Roach infested and the rude ladies in the office doesn't care. I've been here almost 3 years and nothing has been done. People who've moved in 2 years after you apartment renovated. Pets are being kept in apartments without pet deposit.
THEY ARE VERY MISLEADING WHEN IT COMES TO RENTING FROM THEM. WHEN YOU LOOK ONLINE AT WHAT AVAILABLE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE APT.THEN GET THERE AND THE MANAGER RUDELY TELL YOU "WE DON'T DO ONLINE ADVERTISING SO DON,T ASK ABOUT WHAT WAS ONLINE". AND AGAIN RUDELY TELL YOU THE PRICE AND IT IS LIKE $100 MORE THAN WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. THEN WANT PHOTO COPY'S OF YOU AND ANYONE ELSE THAT WILL BE LIVING THERE BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD. WHEN ASKED WHY SHE SAY BECAUSE WE NEED IT...
They never give back your security deposit. Call several times. You have to suit to get your money back. Fraud
This is a great place to live comfortably and still manage to pay bills and provide for a family. Some of my friends live there and they love it ??
Hi my name is Jermaine I'm 36 I seen this ad in my email and thought why not the current apartment I'm staying in isn't mine it's actually in my cousins name I'm here temporarily staying with him until I can make better for myself it's a 1 bedroom townhouse apartment the only bedroom and bathroom is upstairs and that is sometimes a problem because if he's asleep I have to walk light in order to not squeak the stairway in order to get there I do have a job and having a great place of my own would be a great blessing thanks
They take forever to fix things.. they are rude and unprofessional
