We are THRILLED with our experience so far. It was a big change for Kelly and I to move from our large home of 20 years to a much smaller, yet far more social and thriving area. The staff at Cooopers Row have been fantastic and Janice and team have made us feel right at home. Thank you!
We noticed dent on refrigerator door, another issue on opposite refrigerator door, wall paint & AC unit not cooling, other than that, we love Staff, everything in Apt is beautiful, love area
Beautiful apartments, elegant design and spacious! The staff has been wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Being so close to the Pearl is amazing. One of the best places we have lived in!!
We love our apartment. Can not believe the storage space. Minor issues were fixed immediately. Nancy and Janis and Kathy , the office ladies were all very helpful.l
Excellent location and staff is extremely helpful and responsive. Great vibe to the Pearl and Cooper’s Row is a beautiful property. Have enjoyed walks along the river and live music from Otto’s ice house. Pullman market is directly across the bridge for any last minute items.
Staff was extremely helpful with our move in. With their understanding, they worked with us when the delivery instructions to the company were not carried out. So thankful for their patience and understanding.

Great location and just getting started. Coopers row is still under construction. Staff is great and very helpful. New apartments are very clean and have a lot of nice features.
The team has been great and the building is beautiful. That said, we didn't realize how much work still needed to be done on the building - feel like we're going to be in a construction zone the rest of the year. Every time we leave our apartment our shoes are tracking in construction dust, our cars are filthy and the whole building feels like a work zone. Cannot wait for that to be done.
Everyone has been so responsive as we moved in and are getting settled. The l asking team is amazing. We are having a little trouble figuring out deliveries, but we recognize this is a new building.
The leasing office staff has been so great in helping me immediately. The building and amenities are beautiful. Janice from the leasing office responds quickly and is nice.
Great management team and really have had a great experience so far. The building is still under construction so it’s hard to say how the building will be when done, but the unit is beautiful.

So far, all is well. Still in the very early beginnings with construction still going on. There are a few issues that will need to be addressed on minor details inside the unit. Ginger is making a list. Thank you.
