The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience with heating and air conditioning under our new management. Your feedback is crucial, and we look forward to addressing your concerns in your follow-up.
Lived here almost 3 years and every month their was an issue. From old pipes that caused two leaks had the old carpet soaked and the ceiling stain for like 6 months, the kitchen sink overflowing almost weekly, outlets not working, roaches, peeling tub that took them 2 years to replace even tho they went to check it out multiple times and my favorite the AC unit breaking down during the summer and it taking them almost a year to replace it they kept ‘fixing’ it even though it wouldn’t cool past 74 and yet they kept raising the rent yearly.

Dear Former Resident, we sincerely apologize for the numerous issues you've faced during your stay and the inconvenience it caused. Thank for bringing these matters to our attention, and we are committed to making improvements.
I had the pleasure of renting an apartment at Cooper's Place, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The first thing that caught my attention was how well-maintained and clean the entire house was. It's evident that the landlord takes great pride in ensuring the property is in top-notch condition. I must also commend the landlord for their exceptional responsiveness and professionalism. Any maintenance requests or questions I had were promptly addressed, and they made sure I had everything I needed to fully enjoy my time there. I'm grateful for the time I spent living here.
We were never told when we signed our lease agreement that our apartment would be a roach infested trap. We have waited for mngmnt to do something, but they’re a joke.

Maintenance team don't show up for weeks. They dont care if people living on upper floor keep jumping. They only care about keep increasing rent.

You have listed you are pet friendly but you discriminate against dog breeds. That is not fair to a lot of people. It needs to be posted online. If I came in and was never told that and signed a lease then was told I would be mad. You need to post this stuff and not hide it from people

Roaches and Mice conquered this apartment. It is a very noisy apartment where you can hear everything happening on the other floor. The most horrible experience I got from leasing office people. They are not professional at all.

There are bed bugs and roaches everywhere. And if you raise a maintenance request, you get to enjoy the fun part of actually paying for the treatment. So, we had bed bugs in our apartment and we raised a complaint for treatment. As the treatment was done, we were surprised with a bill of $350 (as a compliment I guess :) )

I am staying in this apprtment and maintenance is most horrible. Often you will find rats or roaches . If you are lucky you will get bedbugs also. And they will make sure your rent will increase at least $70 every year. I would suggest everyone do not even think one time to stay in this appartment. After seeing this appartment review i feel like all reviewed are paid reviewed.

Could have given negative stars if allowed. They don't have designated bike parking areas. When signing the lease, they asked us to park them beside the stairs and lock them to the hand rails. After few months, when a new manager came, without any communication, they disposed our bikes. The maintenance requests take forever to get resolved and that will be a temporary fix. The problem will come back in just few days after the request is closed and again we have to wait for another 2 or 3 months for another fix which will again be a short term. The lease office guys are always rude once we are done with our lease signing and move in.
"These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. They have a great new clubhouse facility and really nice renovated apartments. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others."
I lived in this community for several years. I recently moved out and purchased a house. I have to honestly stay that I was comfortable with my stay here. It was time for me to have a sound investment and home-ownership was the best option. Yes, there were problems with staff turnover and the buildings were old, but the buildings that I lived in were quiet and the neighbors were friendly. I did live in a one bedroom building so there was less traffic compared to some of the other complaints they have. The downfall to renting is the rental increases especially when you really don't benefit. Also, if you opt for month-to-month, the premiums are out of control. If you have a chance to become a homeowner, please buy instead of rent. These companies are here for one reason, to make as much money as possible. When you don't own it, don't expect to have all the bells and whistles because it is not yours. If you have to rent, shop around for affordability and comfort, but don't expect perfection because that is not realistic. You can have own personal expectations, but apartment living should be short-term. I should have purchased a home years ago, but I wasn't able to. Over the years living here, I met a lot of friendly office/maintenance staff and I also met a few unpleasant ones, but I never took it personal. Just remember renting is all about the money and not about your personal investment.
I have been living here for 2 years. its a very friendly and awesome place to live. it has a swimming pool, tennis court, kids play ground. my kids had so much fun here. I like this place very much.maintainance people are very good.
