Property Ratings at Cook Street
I paid a monthly fee to have my motorcycle parked in the parking garage of Cook St Apartments. The motorcycle was stolen sometime between October and December. After notifying the management team they let me know the timeframe was too large for them to review camera footage. The most frustrating part was the fact that they did not notify any residents via email of the theft.
I've been a resident at Cook Street for nearly two years. I have to say the staff, especially Sarah are absolutely amazing. They seem to magically remember all the tenants by name. I recently had to have my window blinds replaced because of a frayed cord. It took a while to complete the work order because they chose to use a small local company which I wholeheartedly support. They were vigilant about giving me updates and keeping me in the loop. My lease is up in December and unless i can find a place that feels this good I'll be staying.
