I would not recommend
He scheduled an open house on March 25th 2023 when I arrived he was not there when I contacted him he apologized and said he forgot he emailed me the application and told me it was $35 for the application fee he had me meet him at his house the next day I needed change for the application fee he did not have it so technically I paid $37 for it I was honest about my background and credit check and I have no heat and water in the place I'm living at now with two young kids and he still denied my application I called him immediately asked if there was anything I could do and told him that I could provide not one but two cosigner anything told me that the place was already rented out he's a chiropractor and own several properties he wasn't missing out on anything and the lease wasn't even up for the tenants living there yet
