I really love it here at Connect On Union. The staff and maintenance crew are exceptional. The two pools and hot tub are kept clean and inviting. The gas grills are well-maintained and clean. The landscaping crew keep the grounds mowed and bushes trimmed. It’s very convenient to the 101 and the 51, and there are many grocery stores nearby.

great location, easy access to all amenities but be prepared for units that are not overly big, and some designs show the building age and construction concerns.

An older complex, but they manage it well. The neighbors are great, the office staff are wonderful, the best I have dealt with in the past 20 years, and the price is reasonable. Also, it is a great area for walking or biking.

Moving into Connect on Union was a super easy experience. The management team, Ana and Angelina, are super friendly and helpful. They allowed me to tour the exact apartment I was interested in, so I knew what I was going to be moving into. They helped me through the application process with such ease and I was able to choose a move in date convenient for me. The maintenance team is super friendly, and when a work order is put in, it is done as soon as possible. The community is very quiet and clean. I love that they allowed my dog breed as well, Australian Shepherd. Everything has been wonderful with the move in, I am super pleased with Connect on Union.

The Manager and Assistant Manager have been extremely helpful and have made my transition into apartment living easier for me. I haven't lived in an apartment for at least 54 years, so their helpfulness has been appreciated. The maintenance staff is efficient and prompt.

Make sure you see the apartment before you move in. If something is wrong, they will not make it right. Also ask to SEE different apartments. I was asked to choose without actually seeing the apartment, which is my fault - I should have insisted. The residents are very pleasant and the place is clean.

Steer clear of connect on union. Many neighbors around me moved out do to leaking ceilings and mold. Also due to heavy roach infestation. This place is too small for the rental price. Please Avoid.

Connect is a nice place to call home. It's clean, safe and quite. Management is great, the staff too. There are clean pools, green grass, and if there is an issue they take care of it right away. I appreciate the new manager.

You do have to pay water. Roach infested. Paper walls. Don't move here!!
This is a perfect building to rent it is very affordable reasonable in the price. You don't have to pay water!!! Very clean landscape with a pool. The management very friendly helpful.If you have an issue in the apartment that needs to be fixed the management are on top of it. You are very close to shopping centers Burger King, Albert sons, Fry's, Walgreen's, Quick Stop Gas station, PV High School, the Paradise Valley College Costco's, MC Donald, the 101, 51, and the I 17 freeways.
