New Management!

I have lived here for 4 years. Since PEM took over ownership I am having a completely new experience! They are doing improvements daily. The upgrades have and continue to change the vibe of the property. My experience with Management, Wendy and Francis has been outstanding. They have been and are very respectful and explain the new processes and changes happening on property. Hopeful for where this property is going.

The beauty of being able to have your own space along with having a great community is amazing. These apartments are worth it.

New Tenant

I spent lots of time researching before I decided on this property. Helen and the office staff are amazing and VERY helpful. I ultimately chose this property because of Helen and her vast knowledge of Phoenix. Coming from the NW this is a scary move. Beautiful property with covered parking and spacious homes. I’m happy to say my experi nice has been Excellent so far.

Ha. Bedbugs are your roommates.

It's funny to see people or a person actually stand up for this hole in the wall place. Plain and simple. Unless this is a very very very last resort. Don't rent here. This place is trash from management to the people who supposedly pick up. The place is a mess. No notices of anything unless the landlord wants to enter your unit. There's only one laundry room. With 4 washers and 4 dryers. But now 1 washer and dryer is down. No notice. Water getting cut off?? No notice. Are broken? No notice. If u like surprises and a land lord who is never around. If you like having police choppers and police coming to your neighbors home. This place is for you.

FOR SOMEONE THAT HAS WORKED AT SIENA VILLAGE, SOME OF THE COMPLAINTS ARE JUSTIFIED. AS FAR AS THE WATER PROBLEM, THE PROPERTY IS ON A BOILER= CHILLER SYSTEM. AND THE PROPERTY IS OVER 30 YEARS OLD. WATER PIPES ARE CORRODING WHICH MEANS FOR EMERGENCY WATER SHUT DOWNS. AS FOR MAINTENENCE NOT TAKING SEVICE REQUESTS IN A TIMELY MANNER,IF THEY DIDNT WASTE SO MUCH TIME PICKING UP EVERYONE TRASH ALL DAY LONG THEN I AM SURE THEY CAN TAKE CARE OF ALL SERVICE REQUESTS VERY QUICKLY, THEY ARE CONSTANTLY HAVING TO PICK UP AFTER EVERYONES TRASH. THIS COULD BE A VERY NICE COMMUNITY IF ALL THE RESIDENTS WOULD TAKE PRIDE IN IT.

Run from this apartment

If u like living with roaches bed bugs this is the place to be. If you like living where the property manager comes to your house and yells at you in front of your kids your neighbors treat you like your two years old then this is the place to be. If you put a request to get things fixed in your apartment and the maintenance calls you a liar here is your new home. If you love to live in hot air with no air conditioning welcome home. This is not the place you will want to live. If i could walk out my lease right now i would. These people are not professional. They act like they are from the hood. One maintenance man beats on his kids his girlfriend her children. I have called the cops on him multiple times. Finally his girlfriend left him and only took the girls but now the boys are feeling the beating. Please i beg everyone not to move here. The worst place every to raise your kids at.
