I have really liked living here. The experience has been nothing but great. I like how the management and maintenance staff take pride not only in the buildings but also the landscape. The management team has worked with me when a death occurred and I had to leave state and that required being late on rent. They are very reasonable, respectful and supportive. Honestly I don’t feel you find that in a lot of landlord-management situations these days. Personally I have not had a bad experience here.

I love this apartment complex! Great neighbors, great staff, great location. Low noise level at night- unless there are trains passing the or peacocks in the neighborhood. Definitely would not want to live in any other apartment complex.

Any problem that we have they fix it immediately. I had lost my keys on the airplane which had my mail gym house pool key everything on it. I found it luckily and got it returned. But I asked for those keys I was missing. They had to get a copy made and still got them to me within the hour. Excellent service. I would just complain that a lot of the machines in the gym are broken.

Overall the apartments are nice, we wish more of the amenities were functioning. We have never been able to use the gas fire pit and that was something we were really excited about when we moved in. The gym/workout room NEEDS to be cleaned and a lot of the equipment is "out of order". The apartments are nice but don't expect any of the amenities to work.

The service is amazing! Leasing office manager is always helpful and very kind. The new renovated rooms are very nice and very spacious. My family and I have been so happy here that we are renewing our lease. This rental experience has been by far the best I’ve personally experienced. Even though it’s a huge community everyone respects others boundaries but are still friendly. So far everything has been a breeze here. The apartment is spacious and clean. The grounds are well-maintained and there is plenty of parking. We had a bit of a delay moving in but everything else has been fairly smooth since then. I can't wait to explore the complex more.

My family and I have been here almost one year and this has been by far the best renting experience we’ve had. The management are attentive to our needs and have always gone out of their way to work with us. The maintenance team are awesome. If we ever need them they do their best to work with us around our work schedules. The community here is super friendly and the amenities are the best. Kind and courteous community of diverse tenants. Some of my favorite unit features include in-unit laundry, spacious living area, and large bedrooms. Property also includes well maintained pool and gorgeous plant life.

Overall a decent apartment and I enjoy the area. A little bummed they recently chopped down all the landscaping that was about to flower in front of my apartment, leaving little to no bushes. Hopefully there will be new landscaping, enjoyed seeing the flowers this time of year.

All the employees are kind and polite. I always feel like I can go to the office and ask questions, even if it seems silly. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure things are running as smoothly as possible. The maintenance team is the best I've ever met in all of Oregon!

Its very peaceful to live in this community and the management are very helpful and responds very fast. The only drawback is if we need to use the community space on weekends we need to pay for it I feel that is not fair.

We’ve had no issues here at all since we moved here last June. It’s a very friendly neighborhood yet people respect others privacy. We also appreciate having maintenance team available for emergencies and just in general. The office staff have been truly amazing. Love the fact that when I was looking for a place to move in to, the online videos and pictures were 100% solid and accurate. My cats, both indoor cats, love having such a big space to go exploring and roaming around. On evening my male cat got outside and while we were looking for him several neighbors here also assisted us and we found him in no time. So far every single person we have met has been really friendly and nice. This is truly perhaps the best apartment living life we have ever experienced.

These apartments are honestly so amazing, we applied here and chose these apartments without ever actually stepping foot and seeing the inside because we just used the virtual tour. The only bad thing about the apartments this year was just the amount of issues with the pool. I believe the pool was closed more then it really was open which was unfortunate, but hopefully next year it will be better

I have only been here for a couple weeks and I can already say that it is one of the better apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in in my life. The apartment staff is attentive and quick to fix things when needed in the area is very nice.

It’s been great so far! I like how the gym is pretty sizeable, it’s no Planet Fitness but it definitely gets the job done (plus the Pelaton). I appreciate how friendly and quick they are with support and I love the view from my apartment!

Living here is great. The apartment is quiet especially with the train nearby. The property is clean. The only problems I’ve ever had revolve around the computer system.

Great staff and maintenance. Made our cross-country move great. Had a light out on move in and maintenance came the same day to fix it. Love the amenities so far. Overall very happy.
Conifer has been great with my relocation process! I was having issues with my deposit and rent payment getting to them but the management team let me move in while I waited for my payment to post. Everyone here has been super nice, very friendly and helpful!
The Conifer apartments are so amazing and beautiful. The pool looks so clean, there is a basketball court, a community grill area and even a gym!
It’s a good place to raise a child it has a nice pool and everyone is pretty nice it has a nice basketball court it’s a safe environment it’s pet friendly and they fix whatever needs to be fixed quick

I absolutely love living at Conifer Place! Beautiful apartments, a friendly & helpful management & maintenance team, along with very kind neighbors!
We’ve had some fear of safety due to the lack of cameras around the outside of the buildings, as well as minimal lights to illuminate walkways at night.
Decent place to live. Good bang for your buck. I like that there’s a 24 hour fitness center. Only thing is I wish there was a dog park and the playground area was better.
Really into the quick and easy access to the many amenities the apartment complex has to offer. They do have a lot of rules and the gym isn’t the best if you’re not 100. Also I have had an incident where I felt in fear for my life on the dog path. I do not think it is as safe as they say here.
3 days in and it’s pretty good. Have no complaints so far! It’s quiet and I have yet to run out of hot water. Everything I need is close and grocery stores are around 5 minutes away.
It is an extremely nice place, everything is very well organized and all its common areas are top quality. Always keeping in mind that everything works well and willing to help when you need it.

I lived in the Conifer Place Apartments for a little over two years. The facility was always clean and the neighbors friendly. The highlight of Conifer Place was the staff though. Our maintenance requests were always responded to immediately and with skill. The manager, Steve, is one of the most professional, great property managers I've ever had the pleasure to meet. When we first moved in he promised he was honest about the security deposit, and he really came through. He called the morning of the first business day after we moved out to let us know we'd receive our full deposit back. Sure enough, the full deposit came in the mail not long after. We honestly stayed in Corvallis longer than intended because we were so reluctant to leave Conifer Place.
