Living at Confluence at Three Soringd has been the best leasing experience of my life! The apartment is in perfect shape, super clean and easy to get settled into with built in amenities and features. The grounds are well maintained and very quiet. There is Taco Boy a one minute walk away and the Plaza to take a stroll to- which is so fun when you just need some fresh air. We love the trails behind the property and exploring the park and playground around the corner. It’s a perfect place! We a are happy to clam it home and so thankful we found such a great set up. Maintenance had been quick to answer any requests, providing peace of mind in the event of something unexpected happening, like our refrigerator going out. It was fixed within a couple hours after I called. All things considered, we are happy to be home!
Very peaceful, calm. I love living here. The people are very kind and friendly. The park is kept up with nicely which makes it an enjoyable living space.

Place is nice. Amenities could be better. Tent also changes month to month which is frustrating- water bills one month go from 30 to 80 which is confusing

Mostly quite nice neighbors . Maintenance is very kind and always there to help. Whenever I call, they always fix any problem right away or at least let me know.

So far so good. The apartment has been nice and I like that the leasing office is right next to me. Emails are sometimes hard to get a response even if I do it through the resident portal.

Overall, this has been a good place to live. The location is very convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and main roads. Parking is usually easy to find, and the community feels safe. Maintenance requests are handled fairly quickly, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. The apartments are comfortable in size, and the neighborhood is quiet most of the time. While a few things could be updated, the rent is reasonable for the area, and the overall living experience has been pleasant. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Confluence is a wonderful, friendly place to live recommended if you are looking for a place, not too far from town, but also with the biking amenities and walking and outdoors. I also recommend if you are a person that is environmentally friendly and wants to cut down their driving or doesn’t drive at all. The buses are accessible and timely and can get you anywhere. You need to go in town safely. The best part is that they have a lot of activities that go on in this area, such as music, gatherings, and other things posted either on the confluence website or locally around on businesses windows. But the only thing I do recommend that they have a area for jim or either a pool area or somewhere to better store your bikes out of the rain.

Confluence Apartments in Three Springs offers a pet-friendly experience, living in a scenic Durango neighborhood. Decently spacious one- and two-bedroom units with abundant natural light. The community is well-maintained, featuring amenities like hiking and biking trails, playgrounds, barbecue areas, and a resident lounge (that isn’t the best, and you have to rent as well?)... The location is far from downtown. However is close to Mercy Hospital, and some local dining options. the overall experience is positive, however everything is overpriced in Durango, this place would not be worth the price anywhere else..

Confluence is a great place to live Not too far from town close to the hospital and also has the best areas to walk and ride your bike

I’ve really enjoyed living at Three Springs in Durango. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and safe, and the views of the mountains are incredible. It’s close to hiking trails, the hospital, and the shops and restaurants nearby. The apartments are modern and well-maintained, and the management has been responsive whenever I’ve needed help. Parking is easy and the community feels very welcoming. It’s a great place for students, professionals, or families looking for a peaceful place to live in Durango. Highly recommend!

Great place to live and safe. I think the fee for the outside lights should not be an extra charge to the residents . I would like to see more amenities for the residents, storage would be great and a gym .

Very nice neighborhood, nice walking trails, love the appliances! I love how we are very close to a few restaurants and a gas station. Also very kid friendly with many parks in the neighborhood! And very dog friendly even with doggy bag stations.

This apartment complex seems to offer a variety of appealing amenities, from a well-maintained pool and fitness center to spacious units with modern finishes. The location appears to be convenient, with easy access to shopping and public transit. While we do not offer a pool or fitness center within our community, but we do offer picnic areas with grills, a playground, an Amazon locker hub and are situated near excellent walking and biking trails. Additionally, there is a gym conveniently located across the street, along with several essential businesses in the vicinity. We would be delighted to have you visit our community sometime! Very expensive for very little benefit. I guess it’s just the nature of the Durango market but for the price I feel we should have access to some amenities (pool, gym, etc.)

My new place has been absolutely amazing over the past three months. It’s become a space where I feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly at home. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the atmosphere inside is just what I needed. I’ve enjoyed decorating it to match my personality, making it feel unique and inviting. Whether it’s cooking in the kitchen, unwinding after a long day, or having friends over, every moment here has been enjoyable. The apartment is very nice. It has a modern look, Plenty of cabinet space and white granite countertop! Heating and cooling also works very well!

My residence experience has been really nice. Priscilla helped us from the application process to getting moved in and to now, having been here for four months. My husband and I are very comfortable here and we love having Priscilla here. The maintenance guy is really good too. Overall, very good experience here!

The neighborhood is very well kept and clean. It's very nice and safe. It's a joy to walk my dogs around, and I love that there is little shops and clinics all within walking distance.

Hello, I have been a residence for almost 3 years now and will love the area of where the apartments are. The inconvenience of the bus is valued for myself and residents that do not drive at the moment or preferably do not want to drive that is very helpful. But I do think that there should be a little bit more of a additive to the residence that live in the apartment could get maybe like a year past to the gym across the street from the apartment as a bonus of moving in besides noticing on your website, you’re giving out reward cards or purgatory cards for people that don’t ski in another alternative would be to provide A different alternative of a different way of getting people to use more. What’s around the community here. Or a discount with the workout center

I have not lived here for very long, no more than a month now but I can tell you confluence is very dog friendly, the apartments are also nice, modern and clean. I can barely hear any noise… from neighbors to cars because this is a very quiet area with great people!

So far love it! Clean quiet and close to a variety of things. Best is for my girlfriend cuts her commute for work down. Our leasing agent Priscilla was a pleasure to work with. She walked us through the process and helped guided us through parts of the area. Easy to speak with and just a lovely person.
