ConcordView Townhomes

We absolutely love living here and truly consider it our hone. The townhomes are beautiful, the community is welcoming and the atmosphere is safe and friendly. Our neighbors are kind and there’s a real sense of community that makes living here special. Kaylese, the property manager, is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. She does a wonderful job keeping the property clean, well maintained and secure. On top of that, she plans thoughtful community events that bring everyone together and make the neighborhood feel even more connected. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, friendly and well-managed place to live.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by the property manager kay. She was so sweet. Then I toured with Patti and she was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I’m not applying until next year but this is home.

Concord View Townhomes is a place where you can call home and the “cherry on top” is having a great property manager and staff. Kaylese is always warm, always has a positive disposition, and goes above to make residents feel comfortable, and informed. Beautiful place. If you’re looking for a place this is it. I worked with Kaylese, and she was patient, knowledgeable, warm and super helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions. I wish everyone in customer service was as pleasant and as kind as her. You can tell she really cares, she really goes above and beyond. If you are looking for a place, ask for Kaylese, you won’t be disappointed!

I took a tour here and was very pleased at the overall look of the property. It was well maintained and had a great charm to it. The ladies in the office showed me around and they were absolutely lovely. I’m looking to move in the coming year but this is exactly where I’ll be applying.

My husband and I have genuinely loved our time living at Concordview Townhomes, and a huge part of what makes this community so wonderful is the exceptional team who manage and maintain the property. Starting with the leasing office, Kay and Patti are absolutely phenomenal. They are the most professional, friendly, and helpful leasing ladies we have ever encountered. Any time we’ve needed assistance as a resident, their positive attitudes and dedication shine through. Kay handles everything with efficiency and a smile, making all administrative aspects of living here stress-free! The maintenance team is equally outstanding. Darrell and Kyle are prompt, skilled, and incredibly courteous. Any time we have submitted a maintenance request (which are rare, as the townhomes are well-maintained), they have addressed it quickly and fixed the issue right the first time. They truly go above and beyond to ensure the residents are comfortable and that the property is kept in excellent condition. Having such reliable and pleasant maintenance staff like Darrell and Kyle makes a huge difference in the quality of life here. Overall, Concordview Townhomes is a beautiful, peaceful place to live, and the dedication of the staff—Kay, Patti, Darrell, and Kyle—is what truly elevates it. I highly recommend Concordview to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience in a community where you feel truly valued as a resident.
