About Concord Apartments-Income Restricted
Thank you for your interest in Concord Apartments. This is a pet free community (Exceptions made for service animals) income restricted complex with on-site laundry, community room, computer room and fitness center. We have 1- and 2- bedroom apartments at two locations. Also, we are conveniently located to many great restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, community parks, and Hollywood Casino. We currently have no availability; however, we are accepting applications for our wait list. The average wait time now is 3 to 6 for a 1 bedroom unit and 18 to 24 months for a 2 bedroom unit. Nestled along the Susquehanna River, Perryville is a quiet small town in the suburbs of northeast Maryland. Perryville is home to great public schools like Perryville Elementary and riverfront community parks and marinas. Although this small town is mainly residential, there are a few lively restaurants and bars around the area. After you find your affordable rental in the area, be sure to check out the Hollywood Casino or Johnny’s Sushi House.
