This is the second time I live here, and I have no complaints. The 1B1B small floor plan works great if you live by yourself. Appliances are new, so everything works well and looks great. Hallways are always clean. I have contacted maintenance once, and they are really nice, and do their job fast. Leasing office agents are nice too, and they have solved all my questions, plus Brian was super helpful when moving in. This is a great place to live, it’s conveniently located, and that’s something I love. I did not like that someone painted the baseboards, and they did not dust them before, so they painted over dirt and some other stuff. You can’t notice it, unless you get closer to look for it. but it is a detail I do not like. As someone who enjoys long showers, I feel the hot water does not last enough. However, is only with the shower, have not had that problem with kitchen or bathroom faucets. The house club is huge, I would love if using printer was free though. The gym is okay, is small, and has the basics. So even though, I have these things I would love for the complex to improve, I think conclave deserves 5 stars.

I have been living here for a few months now and yes, it has been a very short period of time but it has been an AMAZING experience! The staff are great, the community is nice and neighbors are nice. This is my first time being on my own since college and I was very nervous but this community has made me feel safe and comfortable and I would highly recommend living here! It is an amazing location near almost everything you need and a VERY clean establishment. If you are looking for a sign to move here, let this review and the many other great reviews that led me to moving here be your sign!
I’ve been here for a year now and the apartments are great never had no problems since I’ve been here it’s a great community and the office people are very understanding and friendly I would definitely recommend staying here

Love the location of this apartment! It is close to a lot of shopping centers, restaurants, schools and 15 minutes from downtown.

So far I have loved living here. The location is what I was looking for, the staff is polite and helpful with any and all questions or concerns I’ve ever had. They have elevators which make moving in and bringing up groceries a breeze. The gym is pretty large for an apartment complex. The floor plan of the studio apartments they have is genius. It’s spacious for a studio and has a separate bedroom with a little opening on the wall at the top but also has a door so it acts as a 1bed almost. Very impressed with how they designed it. I love my studio so much it’s perfect for one person. Not to mention all appliances are brand new. A nice walk in shower, a nice size fridge with a water and ice dispenser. A big sink with garbage disposal. Marble countertops. The washer and dryer is a big plus as well and that is brand new whirlpool appliance. It’s all I could ask for (: highly recommend
I'm on my 2nd lease here and it's been a wonderful experience. The space is beautiful and well kept, maintenance is quick, and really no issues. Intend to renew my lease for a 3rd time. Also very dog friendly!

This is a great apartment complex to choose with an amazing staff. With how quickly the leasing staff was able to get my roommates and I into a gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment, it is very clear they truly care about potential and current residents. The area is great with a mall, grocery stores, banks, and lots of food options within 5 miles. My favorite part of our apartment is our spacious balcony that is allowing me to indulge into a new hobby of taking care of my plants. My roommates and I moved in about a month ago and still talk about how lucky we were to end up here at Conclave Glenwood!
Called to inquire on a 2 bedroom, Gentleman on on the phone was very friendly and informative, sent us over plenty of info and answered all of mine and my husbands questions unlike some of the apartments we have called! location is also close to mall and convenient for shopping.
