This apartment is new so everything is clean. Neighbors are quiet and the view is awesome from windows. Also, the staff is vey kind and supportive. When our refrigerators, door key and scratch at the wall in the moving in date had the problem, they handled it quckly.

I noticed some nicotine smells Unfortunately, I didn't smell it when I first move. A bit disappointed. Trying some chemicals and candles get the smell out. The apartment and the facilities are really good overall. Great pool, gym and game room. Spacious halls and elevators. Very pretty ??

I moved here from Baltimore, MD. Never visited conclave prior to and all communication between myself and Jordan was on point. Jordan made sure we had everything situated before making this big move. Upon arrival everything looked and was exactly what Jordan and the website said it was going to be. I love the atmosphere and community. We are also located in the perfect area. Anything you need is no more than 10mins away. I love it here and would highly recommend.

Great staff! The tour and choices given for my needs were perfect. Help-full with all aspects of the application process. Apartment has plenty of space for storage and ample cabinets in kitchen area.

I love it here. Very private. Very polite tenants and staff. Example of what all multi family complexes. The amenities are very helpful as well. Valet trash just to start. WiFi, pool and gym as well.

The building is pretty quiet and feels safe, which I appreciate. The location is super convenient close to groceries, restaurants, and public transit. Conclave at Sugar Hill has been my favorite place to live by a long shot! It’s absolutely beautiful here, peaceful, amazing staff, and I love calling this place home. On Valentine’s Day, the staff left the gift bags for everyone outside of our doors and I was so happy. If you’re looking for a home, this place is it!

I'm new to ATL this past year & love the Suwanee/Sugarhill area. I was on the hunt for a new place to call home. I had toured a few different places as I had time to be selective & find the right place. Prior to touring Conclave in Sugar Hill I went to the Accent which I Liked alot. But when it came to follow up & answering questions it was very lacking or non-existent. So I decided to open up my search again & found Conclave in Sugar Hill. This is a newly constructed property with many bells & whistles. I was helped by Matt who was very accommodating to not only myself but my service dog Roxie. So after touring a few options I found the right unit that works from a space stand point as well as storage too. In todays world you don't have alot of businesses that put people over profits. I found that Matt & team did a great job helping me select the right place to call home. I'm looking forward to when I actually move into the community. I highly recommend the Conclave in Sugar Hill as your potential new home. Don't take my word for it as you need to see all that's offered by this community for yourself.

I toured Conclave and immediately fell in love. The amenities are amazing, especially the pool table and quick access to the Greenway Trail (I love to hop on my bike after work)!! The apartments themselves were beautiful and the built in desks are a nice touch if you happen to work from home. Overall I enjoyed the tour and look forward to applying once my lease is up! P.S. Brittany is the best! I love her energy and look forward to going through the process with her!
