Apartment condition: old-looking but serviceable, all appliances worked, no plumbing or utility issues Apartment safety: some sketchy people pass by the streets but good neighborhood and reliable neighbors Location: biggest pro with a good walking trail and nearby parks available, convenient on Broadway Management: very responsive, Vince fixes repairs very quickly Price: very reasonable Overall: Not many frills are available but a very cozy apartment complex in a good location at a fair price
