The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Compass Pointe
Have lived here for 2 yrs. Upon move in they actually still had the last tenant's items laying around. They lost over $2000 of my money and when I went into the office to get it fixed I was actually yelled at for being direct about the money. I was not cussing or yelling and I got yelled at... all of which has been caught clear as day on video. Called corporate MANY times and never answered back to. Will be moving asap.
Apt was very clean, when I moved in. Love it! So far quiet. But summers not here yet. Lol ??
