Truly the best Allen County has to offer! We are only a 10-20 minute drive from Sweetwater Sound, General Motors, or those working in downtown Fort Wayne. With only a 10 minute drive to I-69, being further away from work never felt closer. I recently toured Triangle Park Apartments and had a great experience! Ella, who showed me around, was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and made sure I had a clear understanding of the amenities and the apartment layouts. The property is well-maintained, and I appreciated the modern features throughout the units. I'm thrilled to see an old building beautifully modernized and transformed into stylish, contemporary apartments.
I lived here for 4 years in three different apartments (Studio, 1 BR, 2BR). I had a great experience with the staff and with the complex in general. Everything is clean and in order. Maintenance requests were handled promptly. Quiet building, safe area. 10/10
The location is great, with it being so close to the PFW campus I was able to make it to class in no time.

As my time as a tenant in this apartment comes to an end, I can't help but reflect on the various experiences I've had here. Among them, one incident stands out, showcasing the responsiveness of the management team. Last summer, during a heatwave, my AC unit broke down. I immediately reported the issue to the property management, and to my surprise, they acted swiftly. Within a couple hours, a HVAC technician arrived and repaired the malfunctioning AC. The management's quick response not only saved me from the heat but also demonstrated their commitment to tenant satisfaction!

These apartments are well-featured and offer everything one might need for comfortable living. During my recent tour of Triangle Park Apartments, I was struck by the warm and welcoming demeanor of Ms. Wasson, the leasing agent. She was extremely knowledgeable about the property and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm for the apartments were infectious, and I could tell that she genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect living space. The apartments themselves were also impressive. Though compact, they are well-designed and thoughtfully laid out, making the most of the available space. The finishes and fixtures are modern and stylish, giving the apartments a high-end feel. I was particularly impressed by the kitchen, which was spacious and well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. Overall, I would highly recommend Triangle Park Apartments to anyone in the market for a cozy, well-appointed living space. I had an amazing experience living there, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in. First and foremost, the building was impeccably clean. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the level of care and attention that went into maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the building. Everything was spotless, from the floors to the walls and even the elevators. The apartments themselves were recently remodeled, and it showed. The fixtures and appliances were all modern and in excellent condition. The kitchen was spacious, with plenty of counter and storage space, and the bathroom was clean and functional. I appreciated the attention to detail in the design, as well as the overall layout of the space. But what really stood out to me was the friendliness of everyone in the building. The staff was always welcoming and helpful, and I felt like I was part of a community rather than just another tenant. The other residents were also incredibly friendly, and I enjoyed getting to know my neighbors.
