We have lived here for two and a half months and have had an absolutely horrible experience. With damage to our vehicle by a contracted company, neglectful management, stolen packages, and rude neighbors, we regret moving here wholeheartedly. We were promised so many things before move-in and nothing has been done. We still have not had our move-in maintenance almost three months later. We were never contacted like promised and we kept addressing management and they finally set up two appts that they never showed up for and never called, we were left hanging. Our apartment wasn’t cleaned or ready for move in, nothing was done that we were told would be like the garage bin being emptied, garage swept, and things were still broken inside. The window seal is broken and they still have not sent anyone out to assess the window as promised. Our biggest concern is our truck was damaged during an apartment-wide asphalt project. Our truck was clearly damaged by the asphalt company and I had been asking for updates repeatedly since informing them verbally and by email with pictures. I kept being promised it was being escalated and would be taken care of but I never heard back from anyone. I am now just getting an email three and a half weeks after the damage that it wasn’t the company and sorry, nothing they can do. There was clearly asphalt residue on our truck which one of the team members agreed she saw. We are livid at this response and lack of professionalism by the property manager and this issue not being resolved. Furthermore, our upstairs neighbors smoke despite it being a non-smoking property and us bringing this to the attention of management. They bang and make so much noise in early morning, late night, and all hours of the day. It wakes us up and our small child who cries when she’s woken up by the banging. Our packages were stolen after initially informing management about the noise issue as well. Save yourself money and emotional stress and do not move here.

I truly enjoy living here! My unit has a lot of natural light, I love that the garages are attached to each unit, and the accesibility to the parks is a huge bonus! It’s also very nice that the ground units have access to grass from the patio - my dog appreciates it! Thanks to everyone for all you do (seen and unseen); it doesn’t go unappreciated!

We’ve only lived here for a couple of months but it’s been so wonderful. Everyone that works here has been so helpful and nice. I’ve never really had any issues contacting anyone or getting ahold of anyone. Community is nice and well kept.

The management and maintenance team that is currently in place, are remarkable. Each and everyone of them will go out of their ways to help with any issues or concerns. I have been here since 2018 and this team has been the best. Riley is great...she is a great listener and a great sense of humor. I moved from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom within the complex and the team went out of their way to assure the transition went smooth for me.

Nice apartment design spaces and it is great that there are attached garages and included laundry. Recycling is absent and appliances are old. Parking is a problem with vehicles blocking the roads. Rent was reasonable the first year, significant increases may be expected.

Due to my roommate deploying, I had to find an affordable place fairly quick. The Commons at Briargate made this stress time a little easier. Love that it has a attached garage. For my safety, this was a priority!

I have lived at the Commons for 4 years and enjoy having my own garage attached to my apartment. I have never had any safety concerns since being a tenant. The new management group seems to care about the property and the needs of those who live here. Which anyone who has ever rented, knows how important it is to have a good management team.

The apartments are pretty nice and I like the oversized garage for extra storage. The maintenance team has been on point since we moved in and the staff are friendly. I like being able to talk to someone in person with any issues we have.

The community is great, the people are friendly and helpful to each other. I love our apartment and location. Commons is good complex. Snow removal isnt the best and some appliances need to be updated but location is one of the best.

This is NOT a smoke free community even though it is advertised as such. Voicing concerns to management does not help. There is no follow through in this community.

Smokes weed driving the golf cart, always going to his apartment at bottom of hill. Never will finish the work order. The apartment I was looking at didn’t want was dirty, looked like it wasn’t painted and the guy Ed said it’s amazing right? These standards are horrible,the girls in the office are a rude and the assistant manger has bad attitude. Don’t be fooled by the luxury sign there is nothing luxury!! Model is all tore apart, water was off, dirty floors. This property needs major attention

Maintenance is horrible. Management is as bad. Companies they hire to mow or anything else leave messes as well. This complex has gone down hill in the 3 years I've been here.

Yall need to take better care of the complex needs new windows, appliances etc. Everything is just done half assed including the outside theres not enough pet stations for people to pick up there pets waste so its everywhere. Parking is horrible, theres only 2 handicapped parking spots. Need to make it more disability friendly. This is the only Place you have to have permission to use amenities. We are being Way over charged for things were not getting. The staff also needs to communicate better with each other, also needs to be understanding with people with disabilities and help us
