Because it is secure, elevator and halls are clean lighting HVAC, flooring and plumbing are in good working condition it smells nice there is no signs of pests or insects quite relaxing atmosphere helpful and very insightful manager/Tourist Ms. Ana,. It also has a very decent on site gym laundry-room and cafe along with optional nearby parking lots.
Great studios apartment. Clean amenities, secured with friendly neighbors and the management is top notch.
The managers...coz i don't know who really is the real manager in that building has a poor customer service. They're giving attitude to their tenants. They're unreliable and the office is always closed. Try to call the number and it always goes to voicemail to think that their apartment is just 3 feet away from the office. They are being technical with the terms / contract that you signed. They also charge you $10 if you forgot your keys inside of your apartment that goes straight to their pocket (it is not written in the lease that you have to pay that amount) If you want to deal with that kind of managers, go ahead and lease their apartments. Oh one more thing, the owner of these building, if you have issues with your manager, they will contact them first rather than the person who called them.. Such a professional approach on descaltating

Hi there and thank you for this review. I would like to take the time to let you know, the Commodore Regency is now under new management. We are doing everything we can to make the Commodore a nice, comfortable place to live for all of our tenants! We are also in the process of renovating our units to update and modernize them. We encourage suggestions and concerns from tenants and potential renters to better the property for years to come!
A) Few things I like with our apartment: 1) Our manager is fair in treating tenants. He is a very nice person. 2) Our rooms are liveable. 3) Free electricity and water. 4) It is located at the heart of the city. 5) It is the most affordable bachelor pad I can find in the area ($750/mo for those who started renting 5 years ago). B) Few negative things: 1) No parking ( we have to pay public monthly parking across the street). 2) We get stuck with Time warner Cable. We cannot choose any other provider. The building has no place for discs. 3) Our digital main door and elevators always gets broken. 4) Cockroaches infest our rooms in summer.
