Nestled along the Brunswick and Cape Fear River, Leland is a suburb of the waterfront cities of Myrtle Beach and Wilmington. This pastoral-chic town is near three beaches and other major attractions within the Brunswick Islands region. Locals spend their free time kayaking along the rivers that flow through town or traveling about 30 minutes south for a beach day. Kure Beach offers fishing piers and is home to a variety of activities including the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher. Residents take full advantage of being so close to the beach, but there is also plenty to do in town. It was an easy move for us. The ground floor apartment allowed us to easily use two doors to move in. The apartment was very clean on arrival and smelled fresh.

Overall great, just didn’t have the place ready for move in date, place was still dirty from residents prior. As well as washer and dryer are not installed even when we chose the option to rent them

So far it has been good. The grounds are very well kept. The parking needs improvement, have to walk far at night to get to my apartment. It's good that there is security out here.

Have enjoyed living here. Neighbors upstairs were elephants which wasn't great but rest of community was great. All the works were always very helpful. Had one bad incident of maintance just walking into apartment with no prior notification they were coming but all in all great experience.
Love the resident events and Clubhouse amenities! The staff is always so kind and helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues. Community is relatively quiet at night.

The area is quiet. Residents pick up the poop behind the pets. The staff is very pleasant. It is very clean and inviting. This past summer was great with the amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. I hope to have another great year experience.

it’s an awesome place to be everybody’s friendly. The neighbors are great and I highly recommend the gym. the best part about everything is the staff that work at this establishment they’re all caring and loving and if there’s anything wrong, it’s like they do it. Same day to get it fixed. I love this place.

The amenities are awesome, the apartments themselves are very cute. I love how big the bedrooms are! My only complaint is that the walls are kind of thin between apartments so you will be able to hear your neighbors.

Major roach infestation upon move in and unit was extremely dirty. That said, employees are very kind and attentive. They have offered to move me to another building - I’m only 3 weeks in to my lease.

Everyone is very friendly. Garbage pickup is good. Management keeps us informed . Only one thing is the living room could be brighter. I believe it is because of the overhang.
