Nestled along the Brunswick and Cape Fear River, Leland is a suburb of the waterfront cities of Myrtle Beach and Wilmington. This pastoral-chic town is near three beaches and other major attractions within the Brunswick Islands region. Locals spend their free time kayaking along the rivers that flow through town or traveling about 30 minutes south for a beach day. Kure Beach offers fishing piers and is home to a variety of activities including the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher. Residents take full advantage of being so close to the beach, but there is also plenty to do in town. You’ll find renters buying locally grown veggies and plants, taking a class at the Shelton Herb Farm, or taking a horseback riding lesson at Wonderland Farm. The hallways are a mess with stuck on objects, dead bugs that call attention to old concrete flooring. The elevator floors frequently have spills or wet areas

A nice place to live. Very nice amenities and the property is well maintained. One downside is there’s not enough guest parking and there should be “guest passes” to hang from a mirror in your car so your car won’t get towed because it’s not parked in a guest parking spot.

Just moved in and I absolutely love it here! The complex and neighborhood is in a safe area so I feel good walking my dog alone at night. The complex is also in a convenient area with two grocery stores located less than a mile away! And I don’t even have to get on the main road to get there. I love it here, the amenities are unmatched and the staff are so friendly

Moving into my new apartment has been an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The process went smoother than I ever expected, and everything came together perfectly. The space itself is even better in person than it looked in pictures—bright, clean, and incredibly welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the building is and how friendly the neighbors have been. The layout is both functional and stylish, and I love how much natural light pours in during the day. Even the move-in day was stress-free; the elevators were fast, parking was easy, and I managed to get everything unpacked quicker than expected. The management has been responsive and kind, and any minor questions I had were answered promptly. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better first impression. I’m genuinely excited to call this place home and start making memories here

Overall great, just didn’t have the place ready for move in date, place was still dirty from residents prior. As well as washer and dryer are not installed even when we chose the option to rent them

So far it has been good. The grounds are very well kept. The parking needs improvement, have to walk far at night to get to my apartment. It's good that there is security out here.

Everyone in front office have been so nice and helping us settle in our apartment. They have answered all our questions and anything and everything. We also had a problem with our key and the people up front were wick to fix the problem and get us a new key.

Have enjoyed living here. Neighbors upstairs were elephants which wasn't great but rest of community was great. All the works were always very helpful. Had one bad incident of maintance just walking into apartment with no prior notification they were coming but all in all great experience.
Love the resident events and Clubhouse amenities! The staff is always so kind and helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues. Community is relatively quiet at night.

The area is quiet. Residents pick up the poop behind the pets. The staff is very pleasant. It is very clean and inviting. This past summer was great with the amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. I hope to have another great year experience.

Easy move in process! The staff have been friendly and accommodating. There were some issues with the unit I was supposed to move into but the staff were communicative and were able to get me into another apartment.

Staff is friendly. It is a quiet neighborhood. Sometimes it takes them longer to complete work orders. It is a hidden gem behind all the crazy traffic.
