Property Ratings at Comet Greensboro
Comet Greensboro has been by far the best place to live. When I moved back to Greensboro, I must have looked at close to 10 communities before coming across Comet. It was by far the top of my list and I knew right away that this is where my home would be. The staff is incredibly friendly and great at what they do. The apartment is very upscale and quiet. The dog park was a nice added bonus and the gym is much better than I expected it to be. This is, hands down, the best apartment community to live in Greensboro. Nothing else even compares.
I enjoy living here. Staff is friendly and helpful. They respond to any issues promptly.

I have stayed in a lot of apartments over the last 4 years and I would say The Comet at Greensboro is by far the most unkept and overall the best apartment I have stayed at.
The staff at Comet Greensboro are the very best of the best. You won’t find people with the hearts they have. I am so proud to pull into Comets Driveway. So proud to have friends over and love raising my son in the type of environment they create. You won’t go wrong living here .
Comet Greensboro is a great community to live. I like that its clean and well kept. The staff is professional and helpful. When I first came in the leasing office asking about an apartment I felt an calming feeling (from relaxing atmosphere). I knew that I was at the right place. If you’re looking for a nice apartment.. definitely stop and read this review this is all the things I wish the leasing agent was honest about during the tour: Yes, it is a very beautiful unit for a 1 or 2 bedroom. But unless you live on the top units (and you will most likely still hear the people under you) you will be awoken by the people above you stomping, hear all of the dogs around you barking (inside and outside), be able to hear the person above you using the bathroom, every laugh, every argument, every time they use their washer/dryer, EVERYTHING AND THIS NO EXAGGERATION. I work from home so this has been very overwhelming. During my tour I asked how the noise level would be and the leasing agent straight up lied to my face and said after you close the door you “won’t hear a thing.” On top of that, it’s a breeze from the patios that goes into your unit, when it’s cold outside my living room is freezing. It’s very beautiful, but for the price you’re paying it feels like you’re living in a dorm sometimes. Will not be renewing. Just some things to think about.
Overall its a good place to live, a little bit pricey for the amenities but with excellent location. Management staff are always friendly and helpful.
Service requests are completed in a timely manner. Maintenance staff have been polite and courteous.
Comet Greensboro is amazing! They're managed by friendly & professional staff. Move-in was a breeze. These apartments are SO nice! The kitchens have amazing appliances and countertops. Amenities go above and beyond - there's even free beer and snacks. Move here!

Comet is a beautiful luxury apartment complex. Im single ad its a great place to make home for the mature adult. Management team is amazing to work with they made my choice to move here easy. I love my Comet Luxury apartment.
The staff here are very attentive and they care! The leasing manager has been extremely helpful since DAY 1!! She is always so friendly when we see her around the neighborhood! The maintenance guys ALWAYS respond the same day!! This is all around an amazing community and its near EVERYTHING! :)

Amazing new apartments! Upgraded apartments with a variety of floor options. Looove my polished concrete flooring! The gym is undeniably the best I have ever seen in an apartment community and a pool that I cant wait to swim in!! Im glad we made the decision to move here!

Beautiful, clean and update place to reside. Each staff member is very friendly and always eager to help in any way. The gym is amazing with a great variety of equipment to utilize. Havent used the pool yet due to the weather but its so nice and I cant wait to jump in!
