Good apartments for the price, but minor things are overlooked and can be easily fixed by simply reporting to maintinece. I personally am a type A person, and I find a lot of small issues that could have been taken care of initially before moving in. As well, the parking lot is not in great condition and the gates have not been fixed.
the area i'm in is nice,friendly,helpful-all in all when walking around there are no loud noises or music, the common areas are kept clean, people with dogs are good about cleaning up after them-management is very helpful,friendly,

Our gated community is not really a gated community as the gates have even broken for years. The swimming pool has not been available for years too. And worst of all is the unhealthy, unsafe and unsanitary infestation of cockroaches and ants in the entire complex. I have photos of the mess and record of what was conveyed to me.

I have only been here for a couple of weeks but everyone I have encountered has been very helpful and friendly.
Terrible management, dangerous tenants, sub-standard apartments.
Do not move here. Terrible quality and service. Takes a week to get basic things fixed properly. Office staff is rude.
The location and outward appearance of the apartment complex is good. However, the buildings are old and need to be rennovated on the outside and within.
Overall, for the price and location, it’s great here.
I believe Comanche Wells is an overall decent, Nice place to live. It is very convenient to shopping and downtown area. I would recommend Comanche Wells to anyone that asked me about these apartments.
Over all the front office are professional, about what they do. Need more people like them in the workforce.
Maintenance team is really great. Friendly and always makes sure issue is resolved to my satisfaction before they leave. Property is really nice and overall pretty quiet.

Very poor to little communication prior to moving in, never saw my unit prior to moving in, couldn't do a proper walk through inventory because once I received my keys I had to move in immediately since I was renting a UHaul so had to by default claim unit is fine but it isn't (non-working outlets, big holes in walls, carpet was poorly stapled down), received a non-working mailbox key post office kept returningmy mail/packages believing unit is still vacant, incorrect charges posted to my account, countless of roaches outside then entering my home and I live on the 3rd floor.
Comanche Wells is a quite clean community, great for all ages.
No laundry, gate security, or pool access. But they wont tell you that when you sign your lease! In fact, the fact that there wasnt an operational laundry facility was never mentioned and I was actually encouraged to place money into my laundry account that I cant use or access. You can hear every little noise outside from inside your unit. In the summer, the cockroach and fruit fly infestation is unacceptable. They do spray every 6 weeks or so, but it needs to be done more often. Find somewhere else, this place is not worth the money!
I have lived here for 3 years. I agree that the place has gone down terribly since MEB MANAGEMENT SERVICES took over; however, those are too small to talk about at the moment. Right now, I have a leak from the upstairs bathtub and it is collecting into the drywall of my ceiling in my shower, my ceiling about to burst and cave in. I notified the office at 2:00 PM Friday, Sept. 14, 2018 and the maintenance looked at it. I didn't hear from them so I went to the office at closing (6:00 PM) and the manage stated that they checked the apartment above me and didn't find a leak. Ayana stated that they will fix it on Tuesday, Sept. 18th. Right now, I am unable to sleep because I spoke to the upstairs neighbor earlier and he stated that no one came to check the plumbing and he was home all day. It is 3:00 AM and I have called Emergency Maintenance 4 times as well as calling MEB Mgmt Services and no Maintenance man has called me back. The collection of water is larger and I am to afraid of going to sleep. Under §47-8-20(A) of the Uniform Owner-Resident Relations Act of the State of New Mexico, the landlord is obligated to: substantially comply with the requirements of the applicable minimum housing codes materially affecting health and safety; make repairs and do whatever is necessary to put and keep the premises in a safe condition as provided by applicable law and rules and regulations. MY FRIENDS, STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS PROPERTY.
Comanche Wells is a great community! The office staff is nice and maintenance guys are very responsive with requests. The staff does care about residents and greets me by name. They even know my pets name. Love having a fitness room I can use when it fits my schedule. I've never had to wait to use the laundry rooms either. Very conveniently located. They are pet friendly, you can find pet treats in the office!!!
Comanche Wells is a great place to live and the staff is exceptional. The rent is reasonable and they offer a student discount. The complex is kept clean and neat. There's a park, volleyball court, and pool to hang out with family and friend. The noise is minimal. The parking lot is huge. I like that it's a gated community. I love it here at Comanche Wells.
So far the community is nice. The managers in the office are great with follow up calls. The rent is low. The community is clean and well maintained. The pool and jacuzzi or kept clean. The laundry mats are nice. There's even a small park and volleyball court. Overall very safe and convenient for freeway, multi-use trails and grocery within distance.
